Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

All good, everything you'd expect really from an airport hotel
The shuttle bus from the airport station to the hotel was very efficient and well-managed, and vice versa, the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport was on time, very well managed in terms of luggage handling on and off the bus. It was handily located for an early 9am flight. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, and it was nice and quiet overnight, (probably because everyone was trying to catch up on sleep before their own early flights in the morning). Staff were friendly. Everything you'd expect really from an airport hotel. There was also a shop on the ground level which stocked basic supplies and some tourist souvenirs.

When we arrived at the hotel via their shuttle service it was around 5:30pm. In the past years, they always had a shuttle service to AEON mall, but the only service time was around 7:20 pm which was a little too late. I would suggest that there be more shuttle service from 5:00-7:00pm to the mall since there are no eating places close to the hotel. So we ended up eating our first meal from the hotel's convenience store.
I really liked the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. This is very convenient! I also liked that they had a large room for four people!

Pillow! Is really lousy in quality. Totally not comfortable! It will be perfect if can change to better one.
The room was spacious. Bed is comfortable. Toilet is big and I love the body shampoo and amenities. Shuttle bus (free) is really convenient and on time. Good place for night landing or early flight.

Nothing much, only that the airport shuttle bus stop was a little far from the airport exit. Especially when we were dragging a kid and ski luggage.
Very convenient for our early flight from Narita. Hotel staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us because we had to leave before the breakfast restaurant opened. Did not get a chance to use the facilities but they were one of the reasons we booked it.

The staff at the front office and restaurant are hard to smile. only one staff that handle the taxi request is very polite and full of smile. A bit dirty, Sofa bed is uncomfortable. The fitness center open in 2 P.M I need morning exercise.

We were disappointed with the cost of the buffet dinner and the additional cost of accessing the pool and gym facilities. We would have liked to use both but the expense didn't warrant the spend.
Proximity to Narita Airport and the shuttle to and from the airport were excellent. A la carte dinner was nice.

Our trip was at the end of March this time and we were very disappointed that the room did not have air conditioning that cooled only heated. We were able to open the window which cooled the room nicely eventually.
We liked the location of the Hotel as its very close to the airport and their shuttle service was efficient and on time. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Having the buffet was good too especially when our arriving flight was early evening and by the time we checked in, it was good to still be able to go in and grab something to eat.

Air conditioning was a bit hot in our room, we had difficulty adjusting it.
Value for Money Option. Room is spacious. Convenient Stay near Narita Airport with regular shuttle service. The staff also provided good service and accommodated us when we forgot one of belongings in their rooms and help us retrieve at our next hotel.
