The Hotel is simply amazing and in the best location for day trips by train the breakfast was awesome and is run by the very professional Gerard Eady. Gerard is like the hotel guy everyone should have - goes out of his way to perform miracles! Gerard made our stay next level - a big shout out to all the staff at this hotel 10/10

Excellent room, great location and great staff all across the hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the facilities in the hotel were great. We loved dining at Pierre and the drinks at Adee. Front desk people were so helpful. Planning to stay there again when I'm back in Osaka.

AustraliaBuffet breakfast didnt have much variety for what it was worth.
The room was very spacious and clean. There were a lot of amenities to use. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They helped us with making reservations for dinner most of our stay there which was great as many restaurants only do phone bookings. The hotel is also in a great location which was a 5 min walk to the train station and many shops close by.

SingaporeVery disappointed that there is no hotel operated mini bus which connects Kansai Airport to the hotel. The limo bus which goes from Kansai airport to Osaka city stops at a distance from the hotel, the walk from the bus stop to the hotel is not easy with large luggage. It took me 15-20 mins to walk from the limo bus stop to the hotel, having to cross main streets and heavy traffic area. I tried to hail a taxi but the driver declined to take me as the ride is too short a distance. The hotel should provide transport at least from the Limo bus statation in Osaka city to the hotel.
The staff at the lobby and concerige desk were extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel really welcomed and went out of their way to assist me on my needs

ThailandThe housekeeper didn’t clean up the tea set that we used in the room for 2 consecutive days. When we asked the concierge they said that the housekeeper thought that the teabag we left in the teapot belonged to us so she didn’t dare to remove it. In fact it’s the tea provided by the hotel at the minibar. However, at least she should clean the tea cups !
The room was spacious with an extra bed (for 3 adults). Close to Osaka station and the large malls. The decoration of the hotel is beautiful. We visited in late autumn so we hardly found red leaves in the city. However, the small but lovely garden of the hotel still offered the bright red and yellow leaves so it was quite a bonus.

IsraelWe had an emergency situation back at home and needed to leave the following day. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to assist us. From the check-in, the staff contacted Booking to make the change in our reservation without any extra charge, to the concierge who went out of her way to assist us in purchasing train tickets. She even wrote us a personal note, expressing her sympathy. We cannot express enough our gratitude for their extraordinary service. Breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable and the shower was great. Although we had to limit our stay, this is a hotel that we shall gladly visit again.

AustraliaThe only issue we had which people should be aware of if they have a fear of heights, is that the hotel reception is on the 20th floor and the rooms are above that level. My husband is fearful of heights and this made our stay very uncomfortable.
The property was exceptional from the service, the rooms and the dining experience.

Hong KongBreakfast selection is sufficiently good for 5-star hotel, but can improve by more variety.
One Bedroom Residence: spacious, with full operational kitchen, fridge, washing machine + dryer. Separate living room and bedroom with slide doors to fully divide the space. Ideal for a travelling parent (working at evening while kid in bed). Location is great; after whole day time activities in Osaka (or nearby excursion), there are plenty of great food selections nearby; so the after-dinner walking back is not a burden.
