Onsen facilities had a great view and water temperature was on the hotter side. Make sure to have a soak in the morning and evening as they change the baths around at different times of the day. Nice stay if you want to try Tatami style room and want a good view of the lake.

Best of all is free shuttle bus to Sapporo. The second best is outdoor onsen with fabulous view. I love it. The staffs are also the best. Informative and very friendly.

The outdoor onsen has different temperatures for different bath tubs, some too hot, some just lukewarm.

Friendly staff. The disposable toiletries are on a free-to-take basis rather than being arranged for each room, which is more flexible and eco friendly.

Everything. This hotel comes with half board (breakfast & dinner). It was buffet style with an awesome mix of Japanese and western foods. I don’t know how but we got a special treat at the beginning of dinner. The staff were delightful. We got to wear a Yukuta. We skied at Rusutsu it was a 35mim drive but so worth it and much cheaper than Rusutsu. It felt very cultural.

The wall is thin, We can hear the next room noise, and had to wear earbud when sleeping.

Great View and the outdoor Onsen One of the best outdoor onsen, we can enjoy the bath with the beautiful lake view. And we can walk alongside the beautiful lake. Great food options for breakfast and dinner.

I wish the Hotel keeps the classic architecture but refreshes some of the features.

Staff are not quite good in English. You need to use Google translate sometimes when talking with them.

It’s such a beautiful scenery hotel. Stunning view from hotel room and restaurant. Dinner and Breakfast was full of delicious foods. I didn’t regret about staying in this hotel.

Buffet breakfast and dinner need to be improved. The tempura shrimp was not fresh.

The room was outdated and the Tatami is peeling. Bathroom is small, compact and outdated. Onsen was good but small for a large hotel.

The hotel was quite aged. Some facilities need to be renovated. Turn down service could be a little bit gentle.

Lake Toya view from our room was spectacular especially in the morning. There was more than enough space in our room although the room was quite old. Dinner was wonderful with wide variety of selections and they were all delicious. Breakfast was also superb. Nonetheless, Onsen was very relaxing, bathing and taking up the view of Lake Toya at the same time were worth the visit.

Location is quite good but can't see the whole firework through the room window. (Against the room price). Not a modern hotel, nice lobby but not reflect the same decoration in their room.

Parking lot is awsome. Breakfast/Dinner are nice but not amazing. Location is good. Bingo activity is great that kids are enjoy with it. Onsen is amazing that the view of lake toya and Mt. Youtei are covered.

As this is a big hotel. There were a few tour groups. Onsen got abit too busy.

Great view of the lake and at night the fireworks are in front of the hotel. Buffet meals were good. Friendly and helpful staff.

The dinner and breakfast buffet was very bad . The en-suite bathroom was very small can’t put any toiletries.

The room was beautiful facing the lake spacious enough for 2 people.
