Combini was not close to hotel. We asked a taxi for go to railway station taxi person added extra 400¥.

No store near Hotel. No place to go at night. Far from train station also. Price also not a good deal compared with similar level hotel in other district. If not going to Disney I do not recommend this hotel.

Wall was dirty with stains. Bed was little hard. They offer shuttle bus from/to station or Tokyo Disney resort, however time they offer is VERY limited. Instead, I organise Taxi from hotel to Disney land station and it only cost me 2400 yen.

I used this hotel to be close to Disneyland as I was going to Disneyland next day from early morning. I wouldn't stay for multiple days during visiting Disney parks as it's not as close as other official hotels, but it was perfect for a quick stay the day before staying at Disney official hotel. Free massage chairs in the hotel was such a good surprise after long day of walking in Tokyo. Be able to book a queen bed is also a plus as usually its semi double or twin for business hotels. The room was spacious and bath tub was a happy plus too! 5 mins taxi or 15 mins walk from nearest train station.

Breakfast was nice, but quite limited in selection.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and spoke good English. The room was clean with a lovely shower/bath, and the location was good for getting to Disneyland.

Sometimes Staff were overly busy and took some time to respond to minor issues. The internal room access corridors are exposed to the prevailing weather which meant being prepared for the cold as soon as you stepped outside your room.

The hotel is clean and has good general facilities that are typical for a hotel in Japan. It provides a limited free shuttle bus service to public transport hubs and the Tokyo Disney facility which we used a number of times.

Bed felt a bit flat, seemed a bit dated but didn’t detract from the stay overall.

Stayed here due to its relative close location to Disney- did still need to catch public transport or taxi to Disney. Hotel does offer a shuttle bus to/from local train station. The staff were lovely and helpful. There is a small ‘shop’ near the lobby as there are no convenience stores nearby, which was good.

The every half hour shuttle only runs during 2 hours in the morning and evening and it can be very full very fast.

The bed was very firm for our liking, and the location from the train station was a bit farther than we would have liked with the heat/humidity but again, for price and convenience of shuttle worth it!

Great option for those visiting Disneyland and Disney Sea. The free shuttle was a helpful option to make it to each park on the day and back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and our room was a great size.

The room is quite small with no place to keep your luggage. No cabinet to hang your clothes, only open hanging area.

i really like the shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disneysea. They also have some complimentary personal hygiene and beauty care products at the lobby for your convenience. The full size free toiletries inside the attached bathroom is superb quality and quantity. We have a nice view of a football/soccer field from our window and so can also see Disneysea’s Journey To The Center Of The Earth Volcano from a far. Just when you walk outside of our room door, we are lucky to have seen Mt. Fuji on our first day from the hotel’s open-air hallway in the 7th floor.

The bed was a little hard and the rooms were small, but fine when you're not spending a heap of time in the room.

Good access to Disneyland/Disneysea via shuttle bus. Breakfast was delicious, fairly good value and very convenient. Lovely area, quiet and only a short walk to shops/eateries. Staff were lovely.

Commuting to hotel by other means could be tricky though a 20 min walk is not bad if you do not have much luggage.

In particular I liked the Bus Shuttle service that runs from hotel all the way to Disneyland covering the nearby Shin Urayasu train station as well. Breakfast spread was also very good.

Price; a good hotel but also average, could have been less pricey for how simple it is.

Great location, felt very safe. Far enough away from Disney in a more calm area, but also not far away at the same time; short travel time to Disney by train or car. Lots of shopping and restaurants around as well!

Rooms were small for a family of four. No place to set open luggage on floor. Housekeeping only gave us two towels each day, rather than one for each family member but to be fair, we never bothered to ask for more.

Great location, and very helpful to have shuttle bus service to Disney Resort and to nearby subway/bus station, Shin-Urayasu. You can catch a limo bus to/from Haneda Airport to Shin-Urayasu. The breakfast buffet was small but had a good selection of healthy foods, and drinks and coffee were plentiful. There was a little workstation desk in the room that was convenient for setting up computers, and writing.
