Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

it's very near the Narita Airport. Its provision for airport shuttle service is an excellent and a must have. The qym is good to have on a 24/7. it is equiped with a treadmill.

Surprisingly large rooms for a Japanese hotel, and such good value. The staff were very friendly, and when I was waiting an hour with my baby in the lobby, they brought over some toys for him to play with. Great to have a convenience store on sight too, and the free shuttle from the airport was easy to use.
