As with all capsule hotels, the soundproofing was pretty poor, especially since the capsules are made out of a loud plastic material. Made it hard not to make noise when you put your keys and phone on the provided "shelves" in the capsule. Also, there is no lounge or anything like that so it is hard to have s good place to relax in between sightseeing.

If you are staying for more than one night and have a lot of luggage it might be a bit uncomfortable

The only thing I felt a lil troublesome was that you have no place to arrange your luggage… you have to do it in front of your locker, on the floor of the aisle.

Found it really good for a solo traveler with small luggage. Among the amenities, a personal bath math is included, which for me was a big plus.

There is no lounge. Since you should refrain from eating and drinking inside the room, the lack of shared lounge is a little bit inconvenient. Well, they provide a bench in front of the reception, but i think it's awkward to sit there.

Located in city center, near to subway, JR sendai station, even highway bus stop. The facility (personal pod and sharing facility) is very clean. You get a mesh bag containing tooth brush, bath towel, face towel, pajama, even your own bath mat in your locker. Because everyone is responsible of their own bath mat, the shower room is dry and clean. When I found someone mistakenly used my pod, I told the receptionist, and they immediately gave me a substitute pod.

The card I selected when I booked the hotel was not accepted by their machines and I had to pay it with cash. Be prepared just in case.

It was a comfortable bed (capsule) and very friendly staff who tried their best to communicate in English. It was very clean and the beds, towels and other amenities were cleaned and washed daily. You get a toothbrush (and paste), slippers, loungewear, shampoo, soap and towels included. Really great value for money. It's about a 20-minute walk to Sendai station through the indoor shopping street: an amazing walk!

Like other comments it's true that it's missing a common space. For me I particularly missed a kettle for hot water.

Capsule was bigger than expected, could sit up comfortably. Everything was wonderfully clean. Straightforward accommodation.. store your bag in the locker space, shower, sleep.

Cheap capsule hotel very close to the main streets. From the train station it is about 20 minutes walk. The hotel was very clean, showers were quite big and clean. Lockers are big enough to host a trolley.

Location is kind of a bit far from Sendai station, the sound proofing is also not that good as you can keep hearing others as they open door or make noises. Locker size is not big so take note when bringing big luggage.

The staff are kind and nice. Toilet is especially clean, amenities are provided daily, but please do note that you have to check out daily. The capsule is quite comfortable to sleep in.

The ventilation in the capsule pod itself isn't great so it takes a while until you adjust yourself to the environment. Some neighbours can make a bit of noise either late or night or early morning so do take note of this. The location is a bit of a walk from the main JR station so if you plan on doing trips from there factor an extra 15-20mins of walking.

The amenities provided such as towels, lockers, bathroom and toilet were very good. Plenty of space to use the facilities and they were very clean.
