The pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The hotel felt a bit outdated but I guess that's fine.

The hotel was overall okay. It was a good value for money, clean, and the stuff even helped us ordering pizza haha.

Great view of Mt Fuji from our balcony. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Bed was comfy. Lots of parking available on adjacent parking lot.

It’s a bit difficult to walk there from the Kawakuchiko Station if you have quite a big luggage. The hotel does not have a shuttle service as claimed on the website. We had to drag our big laggage through a very cold, windy and rainy 15 minute walk, which is kind of a bummer.

It has spacious room and exceptional mount Fuji view!

The staff didn't ask if we wanted breakfast, one the first night I could understand because we arrived late, at 22:00 and you needed to order before 21:00, but on the other days it wasn't suggested. It wasn't included in the price, but I probably would have taken it. Also, I tried to use the microwave and it was filthy.

Great location, big balcony, close to the train station, outside of the hotel you have a good view of Mt. Fuji

My only issue with the property was that the doona/duvet seemed to be for a single bed instead of a double so my partner and I were a little cold but we had the air con in the room so we could adjust that to the temperature we wanted

The staff were so so helpful and friendly and the location was really great. It was so lovely to walk out the door and see Mt. Fuji every morning.

The door of fridge looks loose, easily get opened.

I like the the desk come with electric socket It's nice for remote working! Surrounding environment is conviennt as there's a 24 hrs supermarket.

I stayed at Sawa Hotel 2 nights but on the second day my room was not cleaned by housekeeping, i was very shock. No mineral water provided in the room, so sad, but so far the view was very good and 1 m from kawaguchiko station.

Not really near Kawaguchiko station. Walkable, but quite a distance. You can book taxi for 1000 yen to the station.

the room is very large considering its in Japan. in the morning, u can literally see Mt Fuji from the entrance. Lots of food options nearby. The receptionist is very helpful to book taxi for us.

The mattress felt a bit too firm personally. ALthough room had a kitchen area, no plates or anything.

The room was comfortable size. The window near our room in the corridor provided an amazing view to Mt Fuji (good photo spot ;) The staff was very friendly and helped us with our personal inconveniences.

10 mins walk from hotel to the main station but I think it is still nothing.

Just perfectly face the Fuji mountain when you step out from the hotel. Big mountain and glorious especially in the morning.

15 min walk from Kawaguchi station - which is ok for the exercise but the walk gets extremely cold at night (first week of December)

Good value for money. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Has a GREAT VIEW of Mt. Fuji. Located beside a drugstore for easy and affordable shopping for gifts, necessities, etc.

Everything is good for what I have paid.

Fuji moutain view from my room, hotel corridor and infront of the hotel, very professional staff even though they do not speak English but they have Google translate tablet as assistance. Very good Japanese breakfast with very little extra (800¥).

The furniture is bit aged but it still okay. No slope for wheelchair or stroller to the main entrance.

The location is walking distance to the kawaguchiko station. The location is very excellent! You can view slight mt fuji from your balcony. For majestic view go tu the end of the building and open the window. Clearly saw the majestic my fuji. The room is big too. Very affordable

It is clean and within the quiet part of the neighbourhood. Away from tourists’ main attractions, so it is a bit of a walk but still enjoy the stay. The best part of the place is that when the weather is good, it has a very beautiful view of mt fuji, which is so much better than the tourist spot of Honcho street in my opinion. Staff were also helpfull, we were rushing to kawaguchiko st and staffs tried their best to help us by calling taxi and witholding departing bus.

Nice place for a short stay. Free parking on site but no elevator from the basement.
