We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

You could see the hotel from the JR station, that's how near it is, likely a 5 min walk. The check-in process was also fuss-free, no lengthy forms to be signed (just a short one). Check out was just dropping the key cards into a box and you can walk right out. Our room was also of decent size despite being in a city and so close to the station - there was space to open up two medium sized luggages.

The hotel is in a great location just minutes from the train station. Many facilities like mini-marts and restaurants nearby. Helpful staff. Great eider down on a comfortable bed. Quiet room.

The location is very near station The best way walking to the Hotel is not by the same side of the road but it is to use the lift/escalator on the right side n cross the road They provide temporarily storage for the day and for day storage where we return 2 days later, which allows us to pack light for short trip from Takasaki.
