I think we got confused between the Boma Inn and the Boma Hotel. The Inn is a small building near the hotel. The room was tiny and the facilities did not live up to the amount we spent on it.

The staff was courteous and the place was very clean. The breakfast was exceptional - it was in the Boma hotel.

No additional water can be bought even at the reception-had to go to the other hotel very late and wait there for 30min just to get a bottle of water. Could be done easier. The shower was broken, but for just one night bathtube was okay.

They need to hold a person's room and have it ready for whenever they check in throughout the day. I had to sleep in a small twin bed the night I arrived as they didn't have anything for me even when I had booked a king size bed. However, I asked them to apply a remedy by offering a free breakfast and they did it. There were small cockroaches all the time which, while I understand they always crawl through the pipes overnight in warm countries, there could be better maintenance of such ducts and more regular fumigation. This is to avoid the spread of diseases and migration of insects.

Lovely staff, loved that it's within the Red Cross Head Quarters, given my own profession, and the events running during my stay. Comfortable king size bed. They have free gym, sauna and pool access and the facilities of the hotel are fine.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Boma Inn. The personal was extremely kind, especialy Caroline from reception. Spa workers were also very kind. We will come back!

I would suggest the maintenance to be improved. At first the drain in our room isn't working, which attentively the staff called a technician and moved us to another room. We then check quickly but after a long day out when about to shower also found out that the switch from shower to bathtub tap is also loose. We didn't plan on using the bathtub so it doesn't bother us (but it might be negative point to others)

Staff are friendly and attentive. Room is of good size and comfortable. The hotel is located on a nice ground and we can also avail the pool/gym next door if we wish.
