In two nights we needed maintenance 3 times. The sink was clogged, the toilet flash was broken and the TV didn’t work. Lots of rusting in the bathroom.

Overall it was good! Beach access was excellent!! Breakfast was very good as well. We appreciated the extra bed they brought in for us which made our stay very comfortable.

Breakfast - the bread variety could include more whole grain bread. Would like to have had honey available. Special coffees such as Cappucinos, Americano's etc. For people who like there coffee stronger, there is room for improvement here. The piano in the lounge needs fixing and tuning. (: Some live music would be great on certain days.

Breakfast - Liked the fresh fruits, the bacon and the fact that we could ask for stronger brewed coffee which was served to us at the table. Excellent service with respect to the latter. Dinner - Finns A la Carte restaurant. We had some really good dishes at Finns. The asian options as well as the meditteranean burger was really good. My daughter (and we) loved the Fish fingers which is more like fish goujons - made with fresh fish. Overall we were very happy with the fact that the resort offered a programme of activities and that the staff were very attentive and proactive in making our stay enjoyable for all of us. Great resort if you are a party of people with a range of ages.

The salt water in the room. At least the water out of the tap should have come from reverse osmosys filter so it is drinkable

Excellent pools and out doors facilities, friendly staff, food was very good too. The pool and beach are so clean and decent breakfast offered. Rooms are big with great ocean view.

The nearest lift was broken and the main restaurant was 2 floors up. For the elderly or infirm, this was challenging. We reported a smell exuding from a drain cover in the bathroom. The hotel was a great stay apart from my comments. The hotel had a health spa with massage and I treated my wife to massages in the spa almost daily, she was happy.

The bedroom and bed was very comfortable and the A/C, refrigerator, kettle, TV worked. The bed was clean and clean sheets were offered daily. Our room was sea level and a short walk from the beach. 4 bottles of free drinking water was replenished daily. The hotel food was excellent and in abundance. It did not make me sick or have the runs.

It would be Nice if there was supermarked very closeby to buy water and frugt etc.

I would like to send a special thanks to Mohamed at the reception, who was helping us a lot to make our stay so wonderful even though we missed our luggage because of British Airways. Mohamed and Lewala at reception were fixing our problems because the missed luggage and especially Mohamed was always helpfull with everything and made us feel good. Thank you so much. For sure we Will come back!

There was no mosquitiers in the windows so you could not open it during the night

Good buffet breakfast, suitable for vegetarians, so many varieties. Large swimming pool, great for swimming when low tides. Beach was very clean, many lounges.

The downside of this hotel is the food and drinks.It is definitely not a five star menu.Very few options to choose from, and they were repeating daily.The fresh juices were more water than juice ( they were definitely diluted).Also, the hotel doesn’t hold an espresso coffee machine.They serve a light, untasty coffee.

Nice location, great access to the beach, enough sunbeds, enough beach towels.The majority of staff was very friendly.Special thanks to our room attendant Nashon Kiprop, who is hard working, very kind, and took good care of our rooms and everything we requested.

It was great overall, very kind staff, clean rooms and hotel was very clean everywhere. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. The food that was served was average because it lacked variety but yummy!! I went with my family and we loved the hotel! They had multiple kids’ activities which really gives parents a good 2-3hr break to enjoy themselves without the children 😊 Yvonne, Liz and Maria were great with my kiddo love and hugs to them❤️

Salt water in the bathroom taps, yuck.. Some parts of hotel needing some sprucing up, some unpleasant smells emitting from some areas (eg.hallway in meeting room area), too many stairs to climb with no accessible elevator/lift (challenge for guests with mobility ussues). The adult/quiet pool seems to have gone into disuse, we were not encouraged to use it, I had contradictory information whether we were supposed to use it as it seemed abandoned (one staff member told me it was okay to use it but reception manager told me it was actually not to be used, but no signage was placed). In spite of that I used it a couple of times. The other, more shallow pool was used for pool games, children, loud music, so not as great an option for us.There were not enough beach and pool loungers, and many of those were in disrepair. The towels were not always available when needed.

Great staff, nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, very good food, overall setting very nice.
