Breakfast coffee was not great. Breakfast opened a touch late. Staff was very attentive though.

Hotel room size was very spacious. Beds were moderate firm. Pool was very nice and very warm. Staff excellent and very attentive. Breakfast was great. Selection was very good (MTO eggs, hot side, cold side). Location was great. Close to in town activities, closes to small grocery store, good local restaurants nearby as well. Small shopping mall as well nearby. Room was ready ahead of schedule, nice welcome tea as well. Overall great stay.

Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The sofa/seats were uncomfortable and could do with better design and cushioning. Breakfast hour could be extended till 10am. 9.30am limit on a holiday felt a bit challenging.

Good location, very well maintained building with old style doors and windows, typically larger size rooms typically associated with old properties.

overall experience in and around the Hotel and connectivity with important places. The staff was friendly and we also got early breakfast packs when requested.

The Wifi Internet connection was poor inside the rooms through out the stay. The internet was slow in lobby area. The breakfast menu can be improved with more Vegetarian options. Pool was clean.

The pillows are too firm for our taste. The shower box is too small that makes it quite difficult to move around.

Super clean room and the location is excellent near the river and pub street l, but far enough to avoid the noise. We are also really impressed by the staff who were generous to ask us to participate in water fights as part of KNY celebration.

We had a great family holiday. It was really relaxing and just what we needed. The hotel staff were fantastic and were very helpful. The room was huge and we all had our own space. It was spotlessly clean and was cleaned every day. There was also a washing machine, which was useful. Given the heat, we spent a lot of time at the pool, which also had quite a lot of shade. We hope to go back.

The beds were a bit too soft for the backs of some of our family members. The place is very spacious which makes it feel a bit empty and impersonal.

The place looked almost new and it was super clean. It was great to have so much storage options and a washing machine available. The breakfast was amazing.

Nice colonial style hotel. Rooms are very large but spartan. Breakfast buffet (included) was adequate. Pool is nice for an afternoon dip and happy hour. Nice to have an in-suite washing machine and full sized fridge. The hotel arranged an excellent tour guide for the temple tours (Mr Somnang) and transportation to airport. Close to Angkor National museum and Pub Street.
