Hotel was in a good area close enough to what we wanted to do at Angkor Wat. Pub street was in walking distance for the evening food and drinks. Plenty of Tuk Tuk’s if you didn’t fancy walking. Staff were very friendly and a great choice for breakfast in the morning.

There was a large window area in my room but the design - 2 sets, internal glazing of large panes and external of small square panes - prevented accessing much of a view.

My room was really comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice. The staff were friendly and attentive. Good sized swimming pool. Great location just 10 mins walk or so into the centre which has plenty pf bars, restaurants and markets.

Nothing. Pool could gave been a little cooler as it was quite warm but thats not a complaint!

Staff were amazing & did everything they could to make you feel welcome. Lovely room cleaned every day. Made it really special for our anniversary which was lovely! Nice pool area too. Would stay again if we ever return to Siem Reap

The staff were absolutely amazing, they were super helpful and organized basically everything for me, from my 2-day tour of the Angkor Wat area to a dinner show. I'd stay here again for them alone!

Property looks a bit tired in some places. Lack of wardrobe/storage space in bedroom.

Lovely pool area with padded sun loungers + food & drink service. Decent location, 10min walk to Pub street. Friendly staff. Large, spacious family room - huge emperor bed + 2 single beds for teens with 2 bathrooms. Water was refilled daily. Amazing value for money

We found that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was good and anything that you would think that you would need was already provided with the room. The Hotel is situated close to most attractions and friendly Tuk Tuk drivers are easy to find. The pool area was awesome which all together made for a very pleasant stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are back this way.

I booked the room with the late check out until 2pm; staff at the reception was not aware of it and was insisting that my check out time was 12 -until I showed them the proof from the booking.com

I am staying in this hotel for 2nd time and would like to return. it is a nice and cozy place, within walking distance of the central market and pub street. delicious breakfast, a lot of variety, a nicely decorated room, and a very nice pool area.

The part of room was broken, and we found some insects inside our room.

Staff were all kind to us. The breakfast was nice. They changed some of the dishes, so we didn’t felt boring during our long stay.
