They lost power sometimes and the air conditioners are quite old so it does not cool down properly... good thing there is a celiling fan.

I like the room size and the very friendly front desk staffs. The guest house lobby is made of intricate carvings.

They should have enough staff to manage the swimming pool bar. If there was the possibility of getting drinks and food there it would have been lovely. It's a shame as the bar is set up there but there's nothing in the fridges and no staff available. A shame that my window was onto another house !

Beautiful old hotel. The Staff were very good in reception, and rooms were cleaned well. The outside decoration with panel carvings and statues, balconies wrought iron work, is really beautiful and very Cambodian.

1. There is a temple right next to the hotel. If you are so unlucky (as we were for 2 days) that someone orders funeral services during your stay, you would be awaken at 4:30 AM by prayers that last until 9pm. Hotel isn't at fault but it is hard to swallow 2. Restaurant is closed = no breakfast. Next door is Cambodian eatery where you can get scrambled eggs. You have to walk for 5 min to get real coffee. The closest European/American breakfast that we found is 10 min away. 3. Warning - tiles in the pool are slippery

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is squeaky clean, rooms are good size, beds are comfortable, air conditioning works well, drinking water is provided, shower pressure is good all day. Rooftop pool is small but very nice. View form the pool is great especially during the sunset. Location is outside of the Siem Reap center, in a side street of a quiet neighborhood, with a variety of good restaurants within 10 min walk. For Pub street and river walk you need a ride that is only 5 min by tuk-tuk or Grab - both are always available and very cheap ($2 or less).

Very but very bad WiFi signal ,at least in my room,so I couldn't connect to the internet...25 minutes walking to the center of the city...

Excellent spacy room,very helpful personnel.A "cute" swimming pool to relax after a hard day wandering around .You can rent a bike,bicycle or even book a day trip, just ask the reception...You can also buy bus tickets for your next destination...

The bed was extremely firm. The bathroom and shower were pretty tight.

Rooftop pool is glorious. The lobby is filled with beautiful hardwood. Many different restaurants around. Staff were always smiling, very helpful, and the rooms were kept clean.

I can't say its very clean.

The family room was quite big. 3 beds for family room. The location was near to anywhere. Around 20mins walk to the night market. Its also confinient to book bus/minivan/tuk2 to angkor wat, Phnom Penh or Bangkok at the hotel. It's eco friendly hotel. So u have to plug in all the electricty such as the fridge, tv, etc
