Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomHardly a massive problem, but the balcony was pretty modest.
The room perhaps lacked a little character but was spacious and very comfortable. We were in the block nearest the front (a studio I think?) - which only had two rooms per floor, so very little noise inside (or from outside). This together with a comfortable bed, nice pillows etc meant three very good nights' sleep. We really enjoyed the outside spaces - the pool area could get pretty busy - but all very nicely done. We found the staff superb and breakfast very good. Overall a very calm and relaxing place to stay - would recommend without hesitation.

The place is clean and welcoming. On the entrance you will be welcome by wonderful scent that they organically produce. The room is clean and spacious and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. As if your in a province in the middle of the city.

AustraliaHaving rechecked the room types offered, the hotel is undoubtedly skewed towards families. 3000 children screaming in the pool from 9am -6pm does not for a relaxing holiday make. Naturally not the hotels fault at all - just that it seems most of the rooms offer a double and single or more. Just something to keep in mind - lots of families. They say there are 2 pools in the description but there is only one - the main one pictured. Would be helpful if there were a kids pool to let adults relax sans kids.
The property is beautiful as are the rooms as others have mentioned. The vegetation is wonderful and the staff are very helpful and very very clean. Beds are very comfortable. As usual in Cambodia check in and out take forever. Always as if it’s their first ever check in. Minimum 10 mins for no apparent reason.

SpainThis is kind of stupid but the room did not really have a pool view because of all the plants which are super pretty and give you amazing tropical vibes and obviously they shouldn’t cut them down but maybe the room should be called garden view instead of pool view. The top floors are good for privacy but the bottom rooms with terrace and pool access might be the most convenient ones
We loved the design, the cleanliness, the tranquility, the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the beds, the pool beds with plug and fan and direct pool access are amazing! I hope to be able to come back one day.

France- I wish there was a table in the room so we could eat room service. There was only one table with one chair, so I would have appreciated at least an extra little stool. - The room service / lunch by the pool was good but not exceptional either and pricy compared to the city.
Booked this hotel for 1 night only with my mom as a staycation and it was amazing! As soon as you walk into the hotel, you will see how beautiful it is. Its truly an oasis inside the city ! - Spacious room and the bed is nice. - Loved the pool and the garden, we were surrounded by a lot of trees so it didn't feel like we were in Phnom Penh as we couldn't hear noise from the city. - The pool was big, nice and clean. They didn't overused chlorine so the water didn't sting my eyes or irritated my skin. - We did a 1-hour massage which is around $35-40. It is pricier than going to a regular spa in the city but the masseuses did a great job. - Nice breakfast with different types of food for everyone. Overall an amazing stay and we will come back.

United KingdomWe would have welcomed advice about dual Cambodian currency (Riel & US dollar), as part of our hotel welcome message. We found this very confusing and also warning that only hotels and large restaurants accept cards. But it was our fault for not checking properly so this is a flag for others rather than a hotel issue. The hotel and staff were great.
Great location for walking around city. Friendly staff who helped us with finding a tour guide at late notice. Fab pool, beautiful room and exceptionally clean. Definitely would return ourselves and recommend for others.

United KingdomNothing.
This hotel is an oasis of peace and tranquility yet in the centre of Phnom Penh. Location perfect, in fact everything about the place was perfect. We liked it so much we stayed here 3 times during our trip to Cambodia, using Phnom Penh as a base. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we come back to Phnom Penh. The meal in the French restaurant, La Pergola was the best we had in 4.5 weeks. As a hotel resident u get 20% discount. All the staff were outstanding and the breakfast was the best overall through our whole time away.
