ArgentinaThey didn't clean the seawids so the beach was full of them the third day. Also food is expensive 33 dollars for a buffet breakfast, I ordered in the menu and they took like 40 minutes to bring it.

United States of America1. Needs more outdoor furniture such under empty pergolas & porches 2. Needs a bookstore ! 3. High prices for same things 1/3 the cost in town . 4. Neglected unbuilt property across the street detracts as does road in with poor drainage on sidewalks . 5. No obvious signage where to get basketball , tennis balls , racquets , pickle ball , shuffle board supplies easily . 6 roof in open air hotel does not fit decor at all - needs to be painted white . Or updated .
It was clean with a great pool & ocean views. Maid was excellent. Food good .

United KingdomI didn’t like the leaking faucet in my bathroom, the tiles were cold and yet there was no rug or complimentary slippers or gown. The room had one chair out of view of the TV. The bath was stained/scratched. There was very little choice of beverages only coffee and tea. No herbal teas or hot chocolate. There was no complimentary bottle of water. The bidet did not work. My first meal a jerk chicken burger and virgin pina colada made me unwell. I needed the bidet! Most of all there wasn’t anywhere that you could go to pray or just have a quiet moment with God. I received sad news and needed a moment.

United States of AmericaLoud neighbors, smelly bathroom, place seems to be poorly maintained. Most pools or Water feature were out of order or in disrepair. The center piece Galleon is falling apart. Lots of plastic trash. Start a campaign to keep St Kitts beaches clean, I volunteer if you provide accommodations.
Great location, breakfast was good. Staff was great and helpful. Great vistas, beach was great, majestic property!

United States of AmericaMy wife and I were informed that we needed to take a mandatory COVID test arranged at hotel to leave St. Kitts. This, after I informed person at check-in that we had an American Airlines approved process called Verifly. We had to pay $110 US to take the test. As it turned out we DID NOT need the $110 test taken at Marriott. We did successfully complete the Verifly testing/process and it was accepted by American Airlines and we were allowed into the US with no issue. I would like to be refunded my $110 US please.
The only reason I did not rate poor across the board was because of one employee in particular. Her name is Olivia and she worked at the Pizza Shack one night and the next day she was at the pool serving drinks. Outstanding employee who remembered my name and room number. Thank you Olivia!

My partner and I have disability and I requested a room on the ground level but instead we was put on a second floor room with AC OR AN ELEVATOR. After complaining we was moved to a ground level room. We went to the only restaurant that was open and got food poisoning. The sheets and bed was dirty. Everything was closed or broke including the ice machine. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!
