눉The shared bathrooms were a bit of a nightmare as the showers wore on the 4th and 3rd flower while the toilets were on the 2nd floor. There were no hooks in the shower cubicles and no locks or latch. the shower doors merely rested on the door frame and a light prod could swing it open. The instructions to get to the hotel found on the website advised us to exit via Exit 11 however this exit did not have escalator or elevator facilities. It would have been helpful if the instructions also included Exit 12 (if I'm not wrong). When booking, I requested for two bottom bunks however upon arrival the request was not fulfilled. If I were notified beforehand and told that the request was rejected due to limited capacity, that wouldn't have been a problem however there was no acknowledgement whatsoever regarding this.
눇Sieoso Hotel is a kind of dust-covered gem that you find; at first, nice but unassuming, later on, truly something to cling on to. The longer you spend here, the more it grows on you. There are many great things about this hostel (as we stayed in the dormitories) but some to highlight are: the stunning rooftop garden with a clear view of N Seoul Tower, really yummy breakfast, a section filled with traditional Korean costumes for you to try on and have a mini photoshoot, the three minute walk to the nearest subway (Euljirosam3ga) and of course, the staff. The rooftop garden is opened 24 hours and a wonderful place to watch the city go by. Having stayed in hostels for awhile, it was nice to be provided with a full breakfast, hotel style. The cultural hanbok experience was fun and very different! This hotel is located a five minute walk to Myeongdong street and a ten minute walk to the famous Kwangjang food market. It is also on the green line which is very central to a lot of the major attractions and everywhere was easily accessible by this subway line. The staff were beyond wonderful, going out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and found our way around. It was also lovely chatting to them about Korean life and culture. We booked for an 8 bed dormitory room but were given a 6 bed one. Mr An who works for the hotel provides private day tours around Seoul for an affordable price and you can customise your trip as you like. He spoke fluent Korean, Mandarin and conversational English and took us in his car to many interesting places. With him we went to the DMZ for the first half of the day, the next half he brought us to the famous chicken ginseng soup restaurant followed by Bukak Palgakjeong viewpoint and Ihwadong Mural Village (this was a fun place!). The only downside to the tour was that we didn't get to visit the Joint Security Area in the DMZ.

눉Breakfast ended too early! Let us sleep in a bit, haha.
눇Hotel was really close to the subway station (less than 5 minutes). The staff were helpful too. The bed was super comfortable.
