눉Very hard bed so my body was aching every morning. A/C blowing air directly to bed. Dark lighting.
눇Nice big bathroom with jacuzzi, rain shower and modern toilet seat. Location just next to airport bus stop and chunmuro metro station. Big TV with lot of channels. Big room.

눉My room was smaller than the picture that appeared for its style on the booking website/app. It didn't matter much to me though since I was traveling alone and I was by no means cramped, but keep in mind that your room may be smaller than you expect. Personally though I'd take a small clean room over a large filthy room any day. Also while I absolutely loved the bathtub and the big shower head, it was a little hard getting in and out of the tub because the only side I could enter it from was sloped downward on the interior. There wasn't a handrail in a good spot to hold on to while getting out. I had to be very careful not to slip, especially after it was wet. I did bruise my leg a few times getting out.
눇The staff were happy to assist with any questions I had. Upon my check in one staff member escorted me to my room to help me with my luggage and to teach me how to use the controls for the lights, tv, and air conditioning. The international power converter I had brought with me wasn't working and they allowed me to borrow one from the front desk for my entire stay. Since I was traveling alone and needed to charge my phone, this was a lifesaver! They were also helpful with questions about the subway and local restaurants. I asked one staff member for a recommendation for where to find good bulgogi and he printed off a map for me, marked a route for me, and circled the restaurant's name (since the name was in Korean, I would not have otherwise been able to recognize it since I don't speak Korean!). Most importantly this was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. I could tell they were making up the room every day. They replaced all the towels and the free toiletries daily. On my first night I cut my finger and a few drops of blood got on the bed sheet. It was a small stain and I didn't think they would bother changing the sheet. The very next day a fresh sheet was on my bed. I appreciate being able to trust the cleanliness of where I sleep! There is also a Paris baguette across the street that opens at 7am. It's great for morning tea, coffee, or pastries. There were three 7/11s that I found within a short walking distance where you could buy snacks, first aid items, and toiletries. A subway station is right outside the entrance of the hotel and connects to two different lines. The subway stop was definitely helpful for getting around easily and cheaply. The hotel was also close to a historical village within a park and also relatively close to Seoul Tower and Myeondong.
