It was a work trip so I did not visit the beach , but what I can see from the view the beach has lovely blue and green waters

Room was in need of multiple repairs and was very dated. One night we were awakened at 12:15 am by a HUGe drunken party in the room next to us. We had to call the front desk two times before anything was done. There were at least 30 people in that room. This is not what we expect when staying at a Marriott Resort—especially at the rate we were paying.

The resort is currently being renovated so there's quite a bit of construction noise during the day. No beach is a definite negative, but overall a great place to stay.

The service and restaurants are fantastic and the location is tough to beat.

We were sorry to see that the beach had been eroded by hurricane impacts. There was some disappointment that we would not be able to lounge on the beach. I would not say that it detracted from our overall experience and it was missed. The dinner menu inhouse was less than stellar.

This was our third stay and I specifically asked for a 1st floor room near the hot tub. We were assigned room 126 which was our room on our 1st stay so We were extremely happy with the room. It made for a delightful beginning to our vacation. Also, the buffet breakfast was excellent. The service around the pool was excellent. Neal was our favorite. He was super helpful and attentive.

Not up to you, but really no beach left. I was just recuperating from total knee surgery and very difficult to get down to the little bit of beach that was left. Felt it was very dangerous without any railing and steep steps.

There is no access to a beach anymore from the hotel and the pool isn’t massive but you can still get directly into the sea and the snorkelling is good.

The staff were amazing, always willing to help and make sure every need was catered for, the room was spacious and comfortable and the food delicious.

there’s a weird musty smell in the room. I don’t know if the doors need to be open more to air it out but other than that it was good. only smell it once you enter the room after that you don’t smell it.

The one girl at reception gave me from the beginning an arrogant and cold look over. Was probably not her week.

Chris at the entrace is the sweetest person. He reads every wish from your lip and he has always a smile for every guest. The staff in the restaurant are very sweet, they come more often to the table and ask if everything is ok than necessary. The view from the pool is absolutely amazing and O'brien does everything to keep you comfortable there. The water in the morning and the fruits in the afternoon are a high plus. Loved my room, was big and the small balcony with the partial ocean view was very nice to hang out.

Travelers should know that the beach depicted in traveller photos has been washed away. The resort does have a private beach for guests, but you must take a van (free) to the location.

Beach isn't really a beach - more some sun loungers squeezed onto a narrow sandy area - but the water is still lovely. We stayed a few days prior at the Westin which probably meant our comparison is a little harsh, but for a bit extra you can have real luxury up the road!

Overall area is lovely - Turtle Cove is a lovely little area within the hotel and the pool area is nice too. Room met all our needs.

No queen beds

Location on beach with a balcony; nice size pool and jacuzzi, lively lobby on many evenings; drinks and sushi were quite good. Staff and room cleanliness were outstanding. Only downside was no queen beds, just doubles & kings. Attractive landscaping was another pleasant aspect of the hotel. Would absolutely recommend.

Way overpriced for what you get. The room had an unpleasant odor, which is hard to accept at US $ 1200 per night! And that didn’t even include breakfast.

Good location, nice facilities, nice poolside area, pleasant staff.
