Room and overall hotel was more tired than I expected (not to the level of breaking the deal for me). Number of the guest had loud discussions in the corridor into early morning hours and it all carried into my room quite well. Didn't notify staff because I didn't wake up completely and thus don't know whether/how this would have been solved.

When you take a shower, itis almost unavoidable that it is leaking on the floor.

The location is very convenient if you need to be around Atakent pavilions. Non-smoking rooms are clean and spacious. A wide choice of food options for buffet breakfast.

Pillows and mattresses are very hard to sleep on. I found it difficult to sleep on them. But the hotel staff arranged for me to have a mattress pad, so the next days passed in comfort.

Great clean hotel. Nearby is an exhibition center with a beautiful park and mountain views. For sports lovers, there is a place to go for a run. Very friendly and professional staff. Located near the exhibition center, which is convenient for thevisiting of exhibitions. The downside of the location is the huge constant traffic jams on the main street near the hotel, which complicates the movement of vehicles. But there are always big traffic jams in Almaty.

The condition of the rooms could be way better. Looks pretty old. Bathroom looks like as a solid Soviet hotel one.

The staff is generally ok and helpful. Breakfast is also good enough. Window can be opened when it is hot.

The dirty cups and empty bottles weren't removed from our room when it was cleaned. The counter space in the bathroom was very small.

The breakfast was amazing. It had everything I wanted and more. I loved that everything was open so late and that the bar area was available to give me ice cubes. The lobby was very nice. The employee at the dest Azyran (maybe spelled wrong but working Sunday Oct 15 at 1600) did an amazing job helping us several times during our stay. We appreciate her greatly.

WiFi slow and interrupting connection. Noisy air conditioning and impossible to switch off. Hard bed. Long waiting time for the lift.

Although the room was clean, the carpet seemed to harbor a slight odor of cigarette smoke.

I've stayed at the property before, and the upgrades in the common areas are very nice -- the dining room is attractive, and the selection at breakfast is excellent. The fitness center is small but has the essentials, including a good working treadmill. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the room was quiet. Restaurants (Starbucks, a ramen place, and others) and a grocery store were a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel needs a renovation, looks outdated.

There are ventilatori system engines located just under the windows therefore you will hear permanent noise, if your room will face the park.

Well equipped business hotel , still in good shape, but some renovation would should be scheduled. Staff is helpful and friendly. Located next to shopping mall, conference center and local park.

The things I didn't like are, there were no robes in my room and they told me they would bring them up and never did. Also, I couldn't sleep till 3am because of the room next to mine was getting cleaned by the hotel cleaner. I had to finally come out and ask her (almost crying) to stop the loud vacuum cleaner and all the other noises (dishes). She told me that she was mandated by the hotel management to clean the room at that hour. But she did stop tho. However, next day I had an early tour to Shymulak and my day was spent only half awake. Other than those incidents everything else was good.

I loved the location. It's centrally located with a beautiful park next to the hotel. I loved my leisurely walks in the park. The breakfast is excellent. Easy check-in and out.
