To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Nobody answers on my message and when I asked why they did not answer ro my request they started to speak with next guest and just stopped communicating without any excuse from their side. Also breakfast is disappointing.

It was very quiet, clean and nice. I loved location, it was close everywhere and I walked all two days. It was nice. Didn’t need taxi to go around. The rooms are small and clean. Very comfortable for one person. It has everything you need. It is not the newest, but very tidy. It is actually very cozy.

United KingdomWith the exception of the door men who were superb, the customer service at reception was unfortunately poor on all occasions I interacted with them. I found them surprisingly unfriendly, unhelpful and quite rude given the 4 star rating of the hotel. They would always leave me hanging, forget obvious things and constantly answer the phones instead of serving the customers in front of them. For this reason I would take my money elsewhere if I was to stay in Almaty again.
I like the location, off the main road on a quiet street but walking distance to main areas. Beds were comfy and a really good shower.
