The entrance of the hotel ( main door) is somehow crowded, plants, security guards ... etc

Not my first time to visit, great vibe, rooms, staff and services, location is close by to many options

There are no complimentary lounges available at this hotel. The reception lounge is a restaurant, and there is also one near the pool and the entrance. Upon check-in, the receptionist requested a $100 deposit for the minibar. When I reminded him that my bank card is registered for confirmation on Booking.com, he refused to accept it and insisted on cash. When I declined to pay the deposit, he threatened to empty the minibar. After swimming, my family and I were unable to access our room, the "Imperial Suite," with our towels. We were forced to go to the ground floor to request that the access cards be reactivated. This inconvenience arose because the late check-out booking was not activated during the check-in process. During the check-out process, I explained the aforementioned issues to the receptionist. He rudely attempted to convince me that the errors were my fault. When I presented my booking confirmation, he mockingly apologized and continued to insist that I was mistaken, even after I showed him my free parking voucher from Booking.com, which he had initially asked me to pay for. Furthermore, I did not receive the landmark view that was specified in my booking. The receptionist's response was that the hotel was "fully booked."

Ideally situated in the heart of Beirut, Superheros Theme is an excellent choice for those seeking a clean and comfortable accommodation..

Maybe a little more choice at breakfast and definitely water in the gym would both be great additions

The team were incredible - welcoming, friendly and always helpful. The hotel is well kitted out and the location is excellent, especially for a solo traveller, as it is within walking distance of the National Museum, great cafes and restaurants.

The stay itself was perfect, however prior to that, attempting to communicate with customer service over whatsapp or messaging tends to be difficult. I believe not all the staff are fully trained in CS or CRM to deal with clients. I almost didn't book due to one of the employees being rude and cutting the conversation short when I saw price variance between ads and direct contact which was swept under "marketing" reasons. I still recommend the hotel however, probably as I have a personal preference to the place, would get 9+ if not for this.

The Hotel stands at a very good location in Beirut. A decent street close to a long line of restaurants and bars. The road there grants easy access to various streets leading to different regions within the city. The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were convenient. If you're a comic book, game or anime fan then this place is for you. The decoration screams Marvel Comic Book style. All in all, I recommend if you want a nice clean place to stay in the city.

The only problem was during the morning when housekeeping was cleaning the room next to us....we could hear the vaccum, when moving glasses, somewhere in the floor someone was drilling....i had to wake up open the door to ask the housekeeping to be quiet while cleaning (they were not loud but the task itself was loud).

Pool area can get better, a lovely pool but feels like you are swimming in a bar pond, with only 6 sundecks till 5:30-6pm after that place turns in a bar. At a steep $197/ night facilities could be free and better.
