We had problems with hot water in our first room. So we were moved to an upgraded room. But that also ran out of hot water as it was solar panel operated. So it was a bit disappointing that such an expensive resort had such basic issues.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff comprising of Lee, Nadasa, Vianney and all the team (I can't remember all their names) were extremely helpful, polite and super friendly.

Views and sunsets from the suites ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Staff was incredibly attentive. Food and wine slection was excellent and exceeded expectations. The perfect "destress" get away.

Huge disappointment in that we did not get the room that we booked which was called the "Hilltop Dream Suite" and was the only reason we splurged on this resort. We have to assume that this happened since we booked through booking.com versus booking with the resort directly. I will include pics of our view which is what you are paying for and our view was not the view that we paid for. We only got to spend two nights at this amazing property for a total sum of $5,122.70 which is way beyond our budget for a two night stay, but we splurged since it was our honeymoon trip.

All staff members were absolutely amazing and the resort itself is fantastic!

Evening dinners in the restaurant were a little disappointing. They were expensive which we were expecting however, the quality of the food did not match the price.

The views and the open air rooms are incredible! The staff were really friendly and made our stay special.

Ladera is a fantastic place - we felt like in our wonderful private paradise. The staff were most welcoming and attentive to our needs. The Heritage suite we stayed in was truly magical with stunning view, extremely comfortable bed and a warm pool to swim under the stars. Also the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel provides shuttle to the beach, and the staff is always available to assist with any bookings for experiences and attractions.

Nothing! Everything was perfection! If I HAVE to pick something, I wish the shuttle to sugar beach viceroy was no charge, but, 40.00 isn’t bad.

This place is pure magic!! the VIEWS!!!! Everything as advertised, we’ve been all over the world and this is my favorite resort ever! Attentive staff without being overly stuffy. Gorgeous petit piton suite J was incredible!!

We loved our stay at Ladera! Compared to the other resort we went to, we really felt like we experienced St. Lucia here and are so glad to have tried this unique spot! The food, drinks, room, pools, atmosphere, and staff are all amazing. Specifically, Devonte and Rohan were great to work with and took incredible care of us! If you are looking for a perfect view and are okay with the open rooms, we highly recommend!

Well, maybe the beach chairs at Paradise Beach could be included in the package. If not then they need to revise their $20 per chair policy. Maybe make it $5-10

This place is everything you see in the photos. The views from the room were spectacular. Just be aware that you are sleeping in a room with just three walls so you feel very much connected with the surrounding nature. it’s wonderful but may not be for everyone. the resort also has a wonderful small hike.

Everything about the hotel is incredible, from the views to the way each room has its own private pool. What made our hotel stay that extra bit amazing was the hotel staff and general management. Everyone from the reception staff to the groundsmen were so helpful, kind and accommodating.

Decore is a little dated .

Beautiful setting in the lush hills looking out over the Pitons. Rooms open to the elements that make you feel you are part of the landscape. Staff are amazingly attentive and friendly

To be honest, if it wasn’t for the location it would be overpriced for sure. The buildings are somewhat dated and have a 90s feel about them
