Fabulous junior suite ... Best wd have ever stayed in ... even jncluded a bar area. Super comfy extra king size bed and 2 bathrooms.

Buffet served for breakfast and dinner is not worth and up to the what we paid for . Simple local cheap items .no much variety. On 19th brak fast was served with rotten papaya . I informed to the stewards and chef ...but no response.

1) No Egg holder for Eggs (breakfest). 2) Butter was to hard. Not creamy. 3) No yellow part in the Eggs. Very light yellowish.

We asked for drinking water once the complementary bottles finished as there was a toddler and our parents are a bit elderly. They didn’t bring the water for so long . Then my mom called room service and advised we need to buy 6 big water bottles and those arrived really quickly. Thta was poor service

Dalip's welcome, room check-in, view and comfort of the room. The restaurant manager was a very smiling one and the breakfast was a sumptuous and tasty spread.

The rooms were rather dated and dusty. As someone who is allergic to dust, my sinuses were in high drive during my stay. The shower pressure in the bathroom was rather low and there were numerous stays on the bed linen.

The rooms, while comfortable, had some drawbacks. The dated furniture was a noticeable aspect, and the absence of USB charging ports was inconvenient in this tech-savvy era. Additionally, the mirror lights in our room were falling off, which, though a minor issue, detracted from the otherwise pleasant ambiance. Telephone was not working in my room. Unfortunately, our check-out experience left a sour taste. A receptionist took it upon herself to grab my teeange son's phone and write a 5-star google review without his consent. Such unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable and diminishes the trust and credibility of the hotel's feedback system. Another aspect that requires improvement is the accessibility of the pool. The absence of disabled access is a significant oversight, limiting the inclusivity of the hotel's amenities.

One of the standout features of the hotel is its lush bush views from the balcony. The location is indeed fantastic, providing a serene atmosphere that adds to the overall charm of the stay. The hotel staff deserves commendation for their efficiency and warm service, contributing significantly to our positive impression. The culinary experience at Earl's Regency Kandy Hotel was a highlight. The buffet menu offered a variety of delicious dishes, and the overall quality of the food was impressive. However, the repetition of the same breakfast items every morning was a minor letdown, and a bit more variety could enhance the dining experience.

Theres no dislikes enjoyed relaxed as I’m a nature lover the location of the hotel its so nice and peaceful environment!

The junior suite is so nice and quite peaceful i would recommend this hotel as its beauty and you can view a beautiful view from the room. The food is so delicious and friendly staff too, best hospitality, best vacation spent with my wife at Earl Regency!

Had to wait about 30 mins at the checkout for luggage to arrive after multiple inquiries.

Rooms were clean and spacious. There was a jacuzzi which we enjoyed. Great food options. Seamless check-in.

Kandy is about 20 minutes with the car. And some more attention with the cleaning service is needed.

The location and the hotel were amazing, the room was spacious with excellent views and comfortable beds and the breakfast delicious. The staff was very friendly and we had a very warm welcomel.the bar and the drinks were very nice as well with a good vibe.
