IndiaWe had a studio - suite room. It was quite spacious. It had a kitchenette and was furnished. The sit out area (balcony) was nice. The property is located close to the Negombo beach and the famous Rodeo pub. 😍 There are grocery stores, bars, chai place and restaurants around.The staff was super courteous and friendly. The breakfast was good which we ate in front of the swimming pool. A recommended place in Negombo. Cheers.

Indiathere is NO lift and no bell boy helper to carry your luggage. we had elders with us in the group and it was really difficult to manage as we got rooms on 2nd floor. the rooms were not clean- there were lizards and cockroaches in room. we had to shift rooms as well. we requested for early breakfast and that did not happen. the rooms are very basic our bus also had to take a detour as narrow lane. it is really an old property and needs renovation. you can skip staying here. the rooms are very dimly lit.

QatarIt didnt specify that there was no chef during the day at the hotel. i wanted to order few things but unable to do so as there was no chef available all the time. only breakfast time which was part of the room package. upon check-in as well, there was still garbage from the previous guest which was not removed.
