Charming rooms and common areas: the welcome tea was served in a lovely living room and we could enjoy the breakfast in a nice garden in the backyard. The breakfast itself was also delicious, especially the homemade yams. The staff was very accommodating: Upi made sure that we felt very comfortable.

I didn't dislike a thing.

Absolutely everything this accommodation, was the best I have stayed in after 4 months of travelling Asia. The rooms are very comfortable and all the staff and Shenani the host gave me the most home from home hospitality I have experienced. Thankyou & Best Wishes

A small guest house with a few rooms and roof top terrace. Wonderful breakfast with open doors to a small, besutiful garden. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated in warm colors. The madam prepared a lovely chicken curry for us one evening. The family and Opi, were very friendly and helpful.

Large spacious bedroom, the hotel has a homely feel with the dining room furnished with original furniture. Cute courtyard garden.

Beautiful hosts and very large clean rooms. It was walking distance to the heart of all the attractions to. The breakfast was Devine and the price was cheap, especially due to the fact it felt like a five star hotel.

Excellent service at the facilities with a wonderful Sri Lankan breakfast. We also ordered the curry they offered to make for dinner and it was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend!

Loved everything about this stay! From the hospitality of the owners,staff and the location is ideal for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Kandy. We had a lovey breakfast prepared by Upi, definitely made us feel at home!

It was a little hard to find as there was no sign or board on the road

The location was further from the crowded city area. It was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The staff was also helpful and friendly.

There is a problem finding this place the first time. No visible signs. But the location on Google Maps is accurate.

The best part of this hotel was its staff. Extremely jovial and ready to help with whatever you need. The person we interacted was with a person names Upi. Extremely kind person. When and if you live here ask him for the Villa 49 Pamcakes. The location is extremely close to anything worthwhile in Kandy. If you don’t go out and want to eat in your room you can ask the staff to help you out or you can always order in from Uber Eats or Pick me apps.

First of all, the staff was wonderful. Very kind and hospitable. The welcome tea and cookies, brownies after returning from dinner, and traditional hopper breakfast were all delicious. Our family of 5 (3 young kids) stayed in the deluxe family room, which was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the surrounding neighborhood. I had forgotten my asthma medicine at home, and when I casually mentioned this to the staff they quickly made calls and went out to get me the one I always take. I didn't think I could get one without a prescription here so I was happily surprised and extremely grateful.
