Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesDespite ongoing construction, the hotel offered a convenient place to stay. I have stayed here both on late arrival early departure. When you board at 6:00, you don't want to be dealing with much else. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the airport. They have a variety of rooms and this one was a double I believe.

BelarusAs for now they are restructuring one part of the building and it can be a little bit noisy sometimes during the day. But for me and my baby that was not a problem.
Everything is ok. Everything is clean, the staff is very polite and open to communication. The food is very good, especially pancakes with bacon and cheese. The room was clean and with the view to the airport with airplanes - so nice ❤️ We arrived 1-2 hours before check in and I was ready to wait till check in time. But the room was ready in 10 minutes so they gave us the keys almost immediately when we arrived. Thank you so much for the perfect stay!

NorwayRestaurant is very small. Service was not at its best. We had to wait for our food for a very long time, and when it came, it was not all that great. Spagetti with prawns was tasteless.
Very close to the aerorport, yet very quiet. We did not hear planes landing or taking off even though runway was visible from the room vindow. Room was very clean. It was a little cold in the room and the bathroom, however, additional electrical heaters were provided. Fridge in the room had nice selection of beverages and snacks. Breakfast was nice. Nice selection of food. Overall: I would recommend the hotel and the breakfast, however, I would look for a different place to dine.
