The sound insulation of the room was subpar and we could hear our neighbors sometimes.

The hotel is in the middle of Old Town, which was perfect for walking around. The room itself was not super new, but still was decently furnished and upkeep. The personal was polite and check-in/check-out process was quick easy in-and-out. The breakfast was very good with wide selection of classical choices of both cold and hot foods.

A bit dated but clean. One cannot expect ultra modern facilities in the Old Town and for a very reasonable price in a small country. It is safe and clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient and I would not have expected more as there was plenty of choice. The reception is open 24/7 which means they can attend to one’s needs when required. The location is very convenient/ just 5 min walk to Gediminas Avenue and the Old Town. Excellent value for money.

An annoying issue is their policy of housekeeping. I stayed here for 7 nights, and I had to ask the reception when we needed some toilet paper (3 times). They don't do your room daily and don't put an extra roll. So be warned. It's a quite traditional hotel, and not very easy to access if you have some problems walking: you have to take a couple of steps practically everywhere because the hotel is made of different buildings put together which have different levels.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Vilnius, at 5 min. walking from the Cathedral, the Palace and a lot of restaurants and pubs. The superior room was large, high ceilings, you could open the window and have fresh air in it. The wi-fi worked very good all through the buildings. Breakfast was quite ok, attending staff friendly and patient. Would I come back? Don't know.

The hotel is bit old now and the air conditioning system was not working properly in my room during the sunny days it was a bit hot in the room.

The room's furniture seemed a bit dated and the bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but for a short stay it was not a problem.

The hotel is in a great location, everything is close by and had very wide choices for breakfast. The staff and services were also great and everybody was always helpful.
