The bathroom is too old and out-of-date. They really need to innovate the bathroom.

The light in the bathroom wasn’t working, it used to keep blinking for about 5 mins and then the light would come up, my son (2y) was scared to even enter

The floor was dirty, the carpet should be vacuumed better, the bed is a bit stiff, could be more comfortable.

Big room, hotel itself is big with sauna/pool and breakfast is good. Not sure why the floor was sandy, maybe it was a pet-friendly room.

Yes, one may find some minor issues in the bathroom or elsewhere, but should one really demand a fully renovated suite for the price? Should the caviar be included for the breakfast? I cannot understand those negative comments, unless it was an unlucky coincidence. The only concern may be the mansarda floor, where taller people might feel inconvenient, yet one just needs to be careful. This is not the only hotel offering such rooms. In return you get a panoramic view of the city, and the stars and moonlight for sweet dreams at night (but you may always prefer using blinds to miss that romantic view).

A really great hotel close to the city centre (15-20 minutes walk), a very welcoming staff, good room facilities (kettle, desk, tea table, etc.), and amazing breakfast (english breakfast, sausages, variety of cold meat and cheese, porridge, fresh vegetables, steamed vegetables, mushrooms, cottage cheese, cereals, potatoe croquettes, cottage cheese stuffed pancakes, yoghurt, pastries,fresh sliced fruits,, a great fresh coffee, and I definitely missed something) It's a jackpot value for money. And the girl sculpture in the atrium adds a special touch. And all this in the creative and breathtaking Vilnius.

The property was quiet, clean, very reasonably priced, the location is good if you enjoy walking. It takes around 15min to the city on foot. The room was spacious and had everything needed. The breakfast was also lovely with many choices. Overall I had a great stay :)

You cannot stay upright in the bathtub taking shower because of the slanted roof. You need to walk up the stairs one floor because elevator goes only up the fourth floor. This hotel is relatively far from the old town. I wouldn’t stay in summer since there is no air conditioning in the room.

Hotel has a luggage room so you can leave your stuff there before or after the check-out. Breakfast was very good (8 out of 10). WiFi was fast and reliable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

In the rooms, it would be useful to have a small fridge for drinks or food to store.

The property was spacious and clean. Lovely staff that accommodated us with our needs. The spa area was really nice and relaxing, the pool water was a bit on the colder side, but if you heat up enough in the sauna it’s fine. The breakfast was really nice and had a lot to choose from.

The rooms was more old, not cleaned good, bathroom with the mold in the ceiling, the room was cleaned every day but didn't feel like it, have some dirt spots that was left all our 4 days stay. Even the bed wasn't made good and blankets of the bed haven't been changed.

The place is cosy and cleen. I stayed for a week for business, personnel proposed cleaning every day. Breakfast was great!

No milk or cream powder in room to have with coffee in room, so no point having kettle. Staff did not have milk they said and told me I should go to the kitchen when it is open ! May as well take the kettle and things away. I e mailed ahead to check too. Hotel great apart from that. Would not stay again though as many other hotels have the facilities they advertise.
