We stayed 7 days and they only changed the bedding once and that was on the 6th night , I would have thought it would have been changed at least after 3 or 4 nights, We had a new room, I did not like there was no where to hang your coats up only in the wardrobe, which is not good if your coats are wet or damp,

Food was very good, though if you went a bit later some of the options had gone

Fridge was not working at all, as well air conditioning. Shower in the morning with low stream, snoaring from the other room was perfectly known.

Breakfast was on different choices, standard and tasty. Pool zone and sauna was not overcrowded. Bar was working until 12 a.m.

Swimming pools are too small for swimming, especially when there are a lot of people with kids.

We could choose plenty of tasty and healthy dishes for breakfast as well as for dinner. It much cheaper than eating at restaurants for dinner.

Some disconnect with the staff. One insistently asked to put blue bags on our feet in kid's room, although we took the shoes off (the rules state to put either the bags or take off the shoes), while the other asked to show the cheque for advance payment for the meals although they had a note of our room and payment in front of them.

The location, the food, just feels comfortable.

Wonderful hotel, in my opinion the best combination of price and quality in Palanga. Very good breakfast. I really liked the restaurant, the service was excellent. The location for us is perfect, quiet and ghostly. Free parking. We will definitely return.

A bit lack of activity for teenagers. Game room, cinema, library and activities with animators would help. Also I wish that new building would have a larger pool.

We are family with 2 teenagers stayed for 4 nights. Room and facilities were great, restaurant with live music was fantastic, breakfast amazing, SPA offering were superior.

Many possibilities for the spa procedures. Warm water in the swimming pools. Nice room with a balcony. Everything very fresh and newly renovated.

Very good room with little kitchen area. Ideal for family with kids. Excellent spa facilities, salty pool and salty sauna are the best. The gym was also very good. Excellent breakfast for all family.

The choice of food is amazing! It's also very delicious. The whole facility is very spacious, modern and offers many indoor/outdoor activities. Very good location for walking. SPA area, pools and gym is all you need to have relaxing and active time while staying here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Can't be happier about my stay in this hotel.

To small pool, there is no space to swim, but there are 3 different saunas and facilities to exercise in warm water.

The gym and swimming pools look better in photos than in reality. Also, the rooms are relatively dark, which creates discomfort for book worms.

Good services: food, saunas, parking, etc. The place in further from the town centre and provides ample opportunities for walks. Overall a decent place for a relaxing weekend.

Gets a bit crowded in the spa area so plan your time wisely.

Very spacious rooms, spa access and very good food in the restaurant. Choice of breakfast is quite wide, suitable for children with allergies due to variety of food choices

The second pool and one sauna was closed. A bit crowded pool when theres only one pool, problematic for shorter people. The stairs of the pool looks a bit greasy, I don’t think it is cleaned well. The room made my asthma get worse, I was not able to sleep the whole night. In other spaces I was not feeling like I couldn’t breathe air.
