The place is comfortable, super clean and tidy. The personnel treated us really well and we could get the calmness we were looking for. It is a bit far from city centre, but well connected by road and walking paths.

Was missing a joice of milk (almond, coconut, soya, or any), which I could not get for breakfast other than a cow. So, had no coffee.

It's a small nice hotel, excellent value for the price. They have a free spa and jacuzzi outside. In the room, the bathrobe and slippers are ready for you.

The hotel is a little far from the town centre - in case you need to be in the town centre (I wouldn't now why)

Good, simple but efficient, clean room and bathroom, friendly and flexible staff (we could check out a little later), use of the spa facilities between 10am and 6pm.

Sadly the conditioner did not work, maybe it was done on purpose taking into account the weather (which was not very hot), but the sun was shining the whole day at our room, so it was very hot to sleep in the evening.

The breakfast was a bit small, but I believe it is enough for a morning. I liked the location even though it is a bit far away from the city centre, but at the same time very calm and near the forest.

A bit of a walk to the town center (about 2 km), so if one plans to stay in the center till late, driving to the hotel could be problematic as it happened to us. It was a Sunday to Monday midnight night, no Bolt cars were available. We were helped out by a waiter in our restaurant who called a local taxi using her mobile.

The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. A very comfortable bed. I did like the spa facilities, they were clean, aromatic, warm, very comfortable, with an open-air jacuzzi zone and sun loungers. The breakfast was versatile in choice and abundant. Cosy and nicely-decorated restaurant premises with a summer terrace. Amazing latte.

The breakfast could be improved. It has a number of items and is served in either buffet or individual style, but wasn't a big hit. For example, the salad bar was more lunch style. For vegetarians, the egg product was mixed with bacon. The coffee was excellent, but service norms felt cold (note: we know this is a Baltic way to be non-expressive)

Kind receptionist who welcomed us upon checkin, walked us to key areas, and insured we had any questions answered. Accommodated our pet without issue. Quiet area away from center with some spa and services available for guests. 2BR apartment was really nice for a family - didn't know the kitchen area would be that spacious.

I am pregnant, so the bed for me was not so comfortable and also the location is 2km from centre. If you can ride a byke, it is perfect, as the path goes through the forest. Even to walk would be ok, but not at 7 month pregnancy :) as back and forward it is 4-5 km

The staff was very helpful and friendly, also family’s restaurant is cozy and nice. Massage was good and value for the price.

SPA and sauna are very small,there were too much people at the same time,too crowded so no relaxation.The flow of people should be controlled for example making reservations.

The spa opening time :( it’s open only until 18:00 and we would have really loved visiting it in the evening. And maybe it could be not only open for longer, but also have some time slot (for example after 18:00) only for adults. Also the jacuzzi was a bit weak (or maybe just old), you’d expect some stronger streams when you set it to the maximum. But at least you do not have to pay additionally for the spa visit:)

The cleanliness was excellent! The bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, at least the part where we stayed - at first I was a bit worried when we arrived and saw that the hotel is near quite busy street, but that was not a problem at all, everything was fine. The breakfast was also quite good, tasty coffee and pancakes:) there were many options what to choose from. I was also surprised by the softness of the bathrobes:) the steam sauna in the mini spa was very nice too.
