Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel Rinno is a welcoming hotel with a good location in the Old Town. The Receptionist was wonderful! So very helpful. They had a washing and drying machine there which was great as we're travelling around. The room is large and clean, lovely. We really enjoyed our 2 nights there. Breakfast was pancakes or omelette by order and a little continental laid out. Pleasant stay, thank you :)

The sound isolation is not ideal from the neighbour rooms
Breakfast was good enough. The old hotel atmosphere with the pictures on the walls, lights, lobby and the reception desk. Close to the city centre, not on a noisy street

There was a specific smell in the room, something like old hotel have. I would add zara home fragrances to each room to reduce such odour
Very good location, 15 min walking to railway and bus station. The best part was a receptionist. We were very tired after long trip and she gave us a room before official check in time.

The room had a window but it did not open. Since the room was very hot, we had to open the door of the room to ventilate it.
The rooms were clean and warm. We were happy to have free internet.

Drains in the bathroom should be improved.
The hotel is well situated, cosy, with very friendly and helpful staff and very good breakfast. The room was big enough.

Parking is problematic ... I got up around 7:00 am to pay for street parking. Then I was unable to get into the hotel despite having the code and following the instructions carefully. The staff member who came just before 8:00 am (Saturday) was also unable to get in through the door code. Eventually, a guest on the inside opened the door.
The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet even though our room was on the street side of the hotel.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Breakfast with a large assortment, wonderful omelettes cooked according to your wishes. The price exceeded all our expectations. I recommend this small and cozy hotel to everyone. We will stay here again whenever we visit old Vilnius in the future

Small things. There was no shoe horn. Bidet half useless, because water pressure (only in bidet) was very weak. Curtains in the bathroom were hard to close. Bedside lights could be turned on only with main big light. Minor issues, but better to fix them. Other than that - we liked our stay at Rinno very much.
Stuff is real gem. All of them. We felt like at home. Location is nice, bit aside from Old Town, but very close to everything. Breakfast is very nice, not too many choices, but much more than enough to make you full. Hot dishes a la carte. Very delicious. Room is nice, with all you need for a comfortable stay. In the bath there was bath salt, bath bomb, fragrances, so we could have excellent spa right in our room. We had to check out very early, so the girls packed for us our breakfast. My God! There were sandwiches, bread sticks, yogurts, fruits, muffins, two bottles of water, and everything was securely and nicely packed with lot of love and care. The feeling was like my grandma was packing it for me - as to quality and quantity. 🥰🥰🥰 Tea kettle in the room, tea, coffee, sugar.
