Booking.com Guest Review GuidelinesTo keep the rating score and review content relevant for your upcoming trip, we archive reviews older than 24 months.
Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This allows us to verify that our reviews come from real guests like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or their comfortable room than someone who’s stayed at the property?
We want you to share your story, with both the good and the not-so-good. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinions and experiences, which is critical in helping guests make informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, so we treat them with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full and as quickly as possible, provided the guidelines are met. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.
We'll use the same guidelines and standards for all user-generated content, and for the property responses to that content.
We'll allow the contributions to speak for themselves, and we won’t be the judge of reality. Booking.com’s role is to be a feedback distributor for both guests and properties.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

눉Wifi could have been a bit better.
눇Very kind host, explained everything and offered breakfest delivered to room. Could enjoy meals on a balcony or garden. Room was quite big and everything we needed was there.

눉The location is a bit off from the city center but it seemed quite safe.
눇Everything about the place was nice. Good breakfast and nice clean (huge room). The owner is a nice kind man.

눇An excellent place to stay. Very comfortable with good facilities. Saulius most helpful without being intrusive. Quiet. Easy walk to rail station and centre.

눉Someone from Kaunas told me that at night, one should not walk to that place by foot. I did not test this, but since the landlord fetched me by car this was not a problem anyways.
눇Very nice, big room with garden. I would recommend this place for a couple. The landlord came to fetch me from the train station and helped me with visiting Rumsiskes. Reliable landlord, good breakfast, own kitchen.

눇The breakfast was marvelous, every day different and served in the garden hut. Also the possibility to stay and relax in the garden was great. And last but not least the friendliness of the owners.

눇House was like an oasis in military district, we felt like being in countryside. Our children enjoyed running in the garden while we ate dinner. Our plane went very early in the morning and host still insisted to make us breakfast. It was delicious pancakes +coffee (5.30 in the morning) Excellent service!

눉Quite chill during night as there are no heaters inside - so room temperature depends on weather outside. Bathroom and kitchen floor is quite cold, need slippers.
눇Very nice service, friendly and open owner. Breakfast directly to room( some omlette with toasts, yogurt, coffee, juice). The room was awesome: own kitchen with kettle, microwave, fridge, sink and a lot of plates, cups etc, big bed, door to terrace, nice bathroom with all necessary. Owner can meet you or bring to bus/train station, he speak many languages and is exceptionally friendly.

눇very well laid out clean and everything you could need the price was a steal Wi-Fi was ok the owner was fantastic friendly helpful we swapped stories great stay would go back maybe in summer to enjoy the lovley garden area
