Great place to stay when visiting Luxembourg. Breakfast was superb!! The room was more then perfect, and after a super diner you can just roll into your bed ;-)

Rooms are not sound proof. Parking is not very convenient. I parked my car up the hill towards the castle. Up there you can buy parking tickets for a duration of max 5 hours. Since you only need to pay until 18h30 PM and from 8 AM, I was able to buy a parking ticket till 10h15 AM in the morning.

From a disabled point of view the internal stairs were too much for me to get to my room. Spiral and open planned. A little dangerous for my disability. No wheel chair access to bedroom. The beautiful shower room had no hot water the second evening or on the morning of our departure. No apologies, or notifications of a problem.

Great place to visit the castle from. Food amazing. Staff very attentive. Lovely and clean. Fabulous atmosphere inside felt comfortable and homely. Shower room great.

Rooms are a bit too warm due to heating (October 2023). Sometimes I had to open the windows to make it comfortable. But it's not a big problem and I enjoyed the stay

The restaurant downstairs was really great with delicious dinner and breakfast. The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable and the toilet was clean and spacious. It was conveniently located almost next to the vianden castle. Overall I'm very satisfied and the value is exceptional.

The building goes as far back as 1683, which also brings with it a bit of noise. So be aware of sounds spilling over from one room to another.

It's located in the most idyllic place, just below the castle. The building is very old (dating back to 1683a.d.) and breathes nostalgia, with dark wooden beams, slate floors and low doors. Breakfast is good, staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. However, their dinner is the stuff of gods. Try their woodfire grilled steaks or their cheese fondue and you will keep coming back for more.

Lack of convenient parking.

Comfortable and clean property in the heart of the town. Beautiful old building with modern comforts. Great staff. Food is excellent.

I felt the restaurant was too expensive. The steak was good, but far too big. I'd have preferred a smaller piece of meat and paid less. The French fries were not freshly cooked. The bedroom was too hot.

Tried charging us for a meal and drinks we hadn't had, they did correct it no problem We stayed in 9 hotels over two weeks and three of the hotels tried over charging check your bill carefully

Stayed for 2 nights with motorcycles, hotel allowed us to use their secure parking for the bikes. Staff were very helpful. Food was very good. Room was clean and beds were comfy.

Very hot at night (Sep 30 deg during the day) with only a small portable air con unit which had little effect

A very charming historic wood beamed building, with modern walk in showers and bathroom. Very clean and lovely staff who are friendly and helpful. Fantastic restaurant with an amazing menu! Recommend the Lobster Bisque and Fillet of Beef! 😀

We arrived on our motorbikes for a 3 night stay. Garage parking was available. We were made welcome. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable and great shower. Food was fantastic and staff had a great sense of humour. A great base for touring.
