Very good price and quality ratio. Free parking in a big parking lot. Breakfast is good. We were offered a free upgrade, because they did not have a small room with double bed left.

The smaller size of the beds (more narrow) compared to the other hotels in Riga we stayed. However, they were comfortable to sleep :)

Amazing Riga view from the window from the room on the 9th floor and while using the escalator! Very polite and helpful staff. I enjoyed the evening in the SPA for 10 extra euros. The "Swedish table" style breakfast was included with a huge selection of different types of food. We could enjoy the food we usually eat and taste something new. Parking was free and next to the property. We were provided with the disabled chair that we needed. Coffee maker and the fridge in the room. Also, we used a hairdresser's service in the hotel facilities.

Due to overbooking there was no change to visit sauna the night i visited hotel.

It is a good hotel to stay for one night before the early morning flight. 13 min drive from the airport, free parking The room was clean. Staff checked us in & out quickly.

The thin walls and what seemed to be escorts/call girls/prostitutes that seemed to visit hotel guests in the evening/night. Next door they had sex so loud I could hear them even if I had the TV on with a substantially high volume. Cleanliness, the only aspect that I noticed not to be clean was the dog bowls that the hotel provided. (The dog bowls were only rinsed, if that. Which is a health concern since many don’t vaccinate their pets and through their irresponsible choices, their pets saliva can spread diseases to other dogs.) The over protective treatment of the hotels safety over property not being damaged by pets. I understand that bad experiences may have led to this, but assuming that every pet is the same and as a guest experiencing that assumption of my dog is very unpleasant and impolite. Last but not least, the receptionist that checked me in, seemed to either hate his job or his shift or just doesn’t fit the customer service requirements. He was very judgmental in his behavior, his lack of friendliness and positivity affected my mood (which before arriving at the hotel was excellent). He never smiled nor did he make me feel welcome or comfortable coming to the hotel. (Thankfully the morning/afternoon shift was very friendly and pleasant and made up partially for the previous night’s encounter.) Some people just aren’t fitting in the customer service sector. They might be better at management or HR.

The style/furniture choice, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding. Almost everything was super clean.

Breakfast had many varieties but the quality could be better. The hotel is a little bit far from the old town. I could hear what is happening behind the door.

The room was comfortable, there are main things which you need. The bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday. The parking is next to the hotel (and free).

The check in desk is a fish tank! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many options and was delicious.

The neighborhood was not the prettiest. Location was from the city center about 5 min drive but with car it is OK. At least parking was free. The sound came through the walls and the voices of the neighbors could be heard.

Breakfast was one of the best I have get lately in hotels. Room was clean and comfy but with little outdated furnishings. Parking was free. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free wifi was of high quality and allowed loading large work files as well.

It is a good hotel with a good value for money ratio. I stayed for more days than initially planned and have stayed there a few times before. The first room was very good but the second room on the second floor had a window with a broken seal that was not fun in cold winter days (-20 and below) - fairly constant noise and dropped room temperature. When talking to staff it seemed to be a management level issue - although this was not directly admitted. The rest of the room looked like it had had very recent renovation.

They have a good room and a nice small spa available at a reasonable cost. The hotel is nice - parking is easy and the food is very good in the morning and was ok on the one evening we tried it.
