They need to get new mattresses. They have seen their better day. I have stayed there for years and can remember what a vibrant, lively place it was with such a nice restaurant and bar staff to enjoy a drink while there. All of that is closed now, unfortunately. It would be nice if they could reopen the restaurant and bar.

A lovely hotel in central Kuldiga. The location is perfect for seeing the town. The room was nice and everything was very clean.

Jet function in bath did not work, glass door to the bathroom needs adjusting so it can close and the window on the first floor also not able to close, one of the mechanisms was missing.

Good tv with netflix for the evening chilling, fridge, teapots and all the cups were a plus, only suggestion would be some wine glasses. Bed was quite comfy also. Location is right in the city heart, nearby are some nice restaurants/bars/shopping.

Maybe a littleth bigger slices of bread and a bit larger dishes for milk and cereal?

I like my three (!) cooked eggs. I had only a bike to go with, so I needed the strength.

Access to car park is very narrow ,but the car park itself was pretty good size!

Unable to pay for the room by card. No curtains over some beds so some very early summer sun! Some staff seem very unhappy.

There is a lot of light in room during the night, black-out cortains should be available. Breakfast could be included in the price

Carpet in the room was covered with spots. I thing it is time for refurbishing or at least the carpet should be changed.

The hotel obviously needs some renovations, the carpet was visibly dirty inside the room, the windows too, there's a window that is a skylight at the room I stayed in and it was quite inconvenient in the morning when the sun rises at 5, the bathroom needs renovation but at least it was relatively clean, the bed was uncomfortable.... The room had barely the necessities...

The windows of the rooms are not reachable so it is not possible to open them to air the rooms and they are not darkened either.

It is a three star hotel with no big pretensions but it is nice, we were assigned a room on two levels connected by a wooden spiral staircase. So it is in fact a suite where on the lower floor there is a nice sitting room and the bathroom and above a large space only half occupied by the two beds with their bedside tables. The hotel is located in the heart of the village. In the rear courtyard it is possible to park for free

AC in one of our rooms was quite noisy.

Very nice staff and all service. Good and rich breakfast. Free parking in backyard of hotel. Quiet... We had great view to the main street of Kuldiga from our room window. Extremely good location - in the middle of old town. Nearby are several very good restaurants and bars, also lots of little shops etc.

For this rate I would expect the room to have no spots on the carpet and no broken wall lamps hanging. There was a whirlpool in the bathroom; the whirlpool switched on by itself during the night several times and was very noisy.

The location of the hotel is super! The breakfast was tasty. The stuff was very helpful and friendly.

The ceiling and a carpet in the room would need a repairment. The kettle and tea/coffee making option is not available in the room.

Air conditioner was loud even turned off. Bed was placed under roof windows without blackout curtains.

Elevator 👍🏻 that is not easy to find somewhere else in Kuldiga old town. Parking in front of hotel or in backyard. Baby cot free of charge.

Living room wasn´t comfy at all, the room temperature was very hot.

The bath was excellent.
