Bathroom is a wet room and did flood a little! Room very warm and the thermostat for the heated bathroom floor wouldn't go down!

Breakfast was good, a wide variety to start off the day. Rooms comfy and the location if perfect to walk into the centre of Riga. Staff very friendly and helpful! A nice clean setting

The hotel is next to railway station, it’s very loudly at nights. Breakfast options are poor.

It was a little dark in the room for us. There wasn't enough light. everything was clean in the room, but there was one big problem: The toilet brush was very dirty and no one had washed it!!!!

I liked the location because we had a few days and it was convenient for us to be near the bus station. The room fully corresponded to the descriptions and photographs. The mattress was comfortable and the sound insulation was good. Breakfast was included in the price. It was very convenient.

The room is quite comfortable though a bit tiny) Clean and neat)) Breakfast is ok - fruit, eggs, vegetables, fish, pancakes, and etc. Location is really great - close to the Old city, station (and not noisy). Parking is right in front of the hotel!

The shower cabin was leaking and there was no bar ready. It appeared that I had to order it.

Cozy hotel near the center, the railway and busstation. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm, breakfast was decent, the stuff was super friendly and helpful.

Location is excellent - next to a big shopping center, within walking distance of the station from where it is easy to get to Jurmala. Breakfast was good, delicious omelettes are prepared separately according to your preferences. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable (6th floor).

The hotel was remodelled in 2020, so it's modern, exceptionally looking. The whole hotel is giving amazing vibes. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Staff members are welcoming and informative.

Wifi could be better, and the tv only had one english speaking chanel. The gym was poor.

There is no classic restaurant in the hotel, but you can order meals at the bar. The meals are too European to me )) It would be nice to have something more local. There is a cage with 2 small birds at the Reception, right in the middle of room (( It seem to be well taken care of, as they sing, and the female is sitting on a nest. Still, I believe that no one deserves to live in a cage.

I liked the breakfast - the cottage was just amazing. You could order fresh omlet and pancakes. I had a Privelege room which was very nice and clean.

Sometimes happens that there was missing a cook on the beginning of breakfast to make fresh egg meal. They were changed my towels everyday, although i was placed them on a heater or a hanger. You should do inspection on dumbells in the fitness, more of them are broken.

Breakfast was quite good but as for a 4 star hotel there could be a bigger choise of everything, e.g. natural orange juice, bigger choice of different baked goodies (pancakes etc.). But on the whole everything was was fine.

The best thing - very convenient location of the hotel, it's possible to reach the center on foot in minutes. We got a very spacious room with a city center view. A very nice surprise was a capsule coffee machine we found in our room - every morning was to be started with a cup of real coffee in bed.

Although breakfast was very good, on one morning juice was out 40 minutes before the end of the breakfast and has not been replenished, same applies to pastries. Next morning though everything was ok.
