Cleaners in spa zone were not polite. In spa only 1/2 saunas were working, so felt a bit crowded. Tv in the room didn't had any music options, nor Bluetooth neither mine USB was working. But in the inner yard there was a bar, in summer it must be crowded and loud. I would prefer listening to my own music:))

Great location, easy access to everything in old town. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with champagne 🥂 easy check in process. Tv in room has some, but good chanells, especially to watch movies

The bottle of the soap was broken and kept on leaking. My room was not located near the street, however I heard a lot of noise during the night.

The property is located within the Old Town. Every basic need was covered during my stay. I received a free upgrade from single to double bed.

bed could be a little bit more comfortable (but that could be a personal feeling), but: bathroom should be better, shaky and loose mixer tab, absolutely no storage room around the wash-desk

good connected to train and coach station, located directly in old town of Riga, Bolt-driver can pick you up directly in front, massive selection of restaurants around, very kind and professionell personell, room bigger than expected, possibility to prepare a coffee or tea at the room, good and reasonable priced mini-bar, possibility to iron your clothes at the room, in total good for a business stay, not that loud although than expected (I was there on a weekend), Prosecco at the breakfast ;-), spa was good, nice pool and sauna

At 9.am cleaning starts with vacuum cleaners not possible to sleep.. also, they started renovation in the corridor with big noise... I think it should start around 10 am.. Hotel management should be careful about such things.

The shower gel dispenser had fully leaked out by the time of our arrival and that kinda then led to shower flooding the bathroom, but everything got promptly sorted when we let the reception know

The spa needs to be booked, and often more than 24 hours in advance due to limited space. The shower in the hotel room could also be better. Apart from that, there is nothing whatsoever to complain about.

The hotel has an excellent location in the city center. Walkable distance to many restaurants, as well as the Riga market. There are several malls, old buildings and parks nearby. The breakfast is excellent, and the beds are also very comfortable. The spa is also pretty decent, and a good way to relax in the evening.

Our shower was difficult to operate. Cleaners used a very strange substance that made the room smell very strongly of lemons. Found the spa rules (you have to book in advance, and for 2 hour slots) a bit draconian too.

The location is great for the old town and also for bus/train stations. The room is comfortable, staff are generally polite and helpful and the breakfast is good too.

the walls are very thin so you can hear other guests. the beds are two separate small beds so it is not super nice for couples.
