At 9.am cleaning starts with vacuum cleaners not possible to sleep.. also, they started renovation in the corridor with big noise... I think it should start around 10 am.. Hotel management should be careful about such things.

The shower gel dispenser had fully leaked out by the time of our arrival and that kinda then led to shower flooding the bathroom, but everything got promptly sorted when we let the reception know

The spa needs to be booked, and often more than 24 hours in advance due to limited space. The shower in the hotel room could also be better. Apart from that, there is nothing whatsoever to complain about.

The hotel has an excellent location in the city center. Walkable distance to many restaurants, as well as the Riga market. There are several malls, old buildings and parks nearby. The breakfast is excellent, and the beds are also very comfortable. The spa is also pretty decent, and a good way to relax in the evening.

Our shower was difficult to operate. Cleaners used a very strange substance that made the room smell very strongly of lemons. Found the spa rules (you have to book in advance, and for 2 hour slots) a bit draconian too.

The location is great for the old town and also for bus/train stations. The room is comfortable, staff are generally polite and helpful and the breakfast is good too.

the walls are very thin so you can hear other guests. the beds are two separate small beds so it is not super nice for couples.

Water faucet in the bathroom - a bit tricky to operate. But this is really a minor detail. Really slippery floor in the SPA area.

Really friendly caring staff. Cozy spacious room wiht the bathtub. Clean. Comfortable bed with lots of cushions. A rich breakfast. Good sound insulation, in the very center of Riga Old Town city noise did not reach the room.

Nothing particular.

Room was tidy and spacious with nice bathroom including own tub itself. The room's aesthetics really appealed to me. The wardrobe was a pleasant surprise, stocked with handy accessories like a bathrobe, slippers, shoe bags, and cleaning supplies. Wish I had time for the spa, but I'm pretty sure I would've loved it. Being right in the Old Town gives accessibility to all landmarks and excellent proximity to the bus/tram stops. It's super convenient to catch a bus or tram. It only took me 25 minutes on the bus from RIX airport, and then just 3-5 minutes by foot to the hotel. Particularly handy for the early morning return trip to the airport if you rely on a bus transportation. Around the hotel, there's a shopping mall and lots of places to grab some food and drinks. Crew is nice and hospitable, all the time available. Breakfast was good and a nice selection served, including sparkling wine glasses. Yet I was expecting a bit more personalized cuisine inherit for Latvia. To note, I'm so thankful that they offered a takeaway breakfast option when I had to leave at 5 am, it was a good and delicious set for kicking off the day!
