Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaDouble room quite small with poor lighting
Close to rail station with an orange shop if you need a SIM card. A fair priced budget hotel with helpful friendly staff. It is the starting point for intrepid tours.

New ZealandHi this hotel was in a great location, just across the square form the train station. The staff are super helpful. My first night was in a bigger room with balcony and was clean and tidy. The second night I shared and was in a twin room, no balcony but clean and tidy. Being a solo traveller I felt safe in this hotel. Wifi was also good here.

CanadaWorldwide rating: Comparing to all the hotels I've stayed at, I found this hotel to be very average and would rate it a 6.5-7/10. I found the breakfast to be a bit disappointing, but my stay was over Ramadan so perhaps it's better at other times :) Morocco rating: However, comparing to all the hotels and riads I've stayed at during my stay in Morocco, I found this hotel to be excellent and would give it an 8.5- 9/10. This was the first stay in Morocco (with similar pricing point) where I could take a very satisfying shower. For this reason, I average it out and give it an 8 :) Overall, the staff were very friendly and I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the neighborhood.
Great location that is very close to the train station. The beds were very firm and comfortable. I think it's very good value by Morocco standards, as I have paid similar amounts and have gotten MUCH lower quality stays.

GermanyThe rooms are totally adequate, clean and comfortable. However, the whole building needs some minor cosmetic improvements.
Convenient location. Very easy check in. Rooms are simple but very appropriate. This hotel is a good option for those traveling from Casa Voys in Casablanca. Friendly staff.

United KingdomThe only thing I would say is their card machine doesn't work so make sure you bring cash with you to pay the bill, and they didn't have change for us, we got it eventually though
The rooms were comfortable with an excellent view of a big garden and the staff were so so helpful. We left before the breakfast time and they made up a box of it to take with us, helped carry out bags, walked us to the train station because it was dark, and even let us use their printer to get our plane tickets printed off. They also brought up complimentary Moroccan cakes to our room.

United States of AmericaPricing by booking.com. I was exorbitantly charged (twice others) compared to two other families booked on booking.com, one ahead of I and the other after I made the booking. Morocco isn't as expensive as booking.com charged, directly booking with the hotel would have been a lot cheaper
Hote is decent and nice but don't book on booking.com

PhilippinesThere's nothing much but we did request for a room with twin beds but we only got one with a queen.
It's just across from the station of Casa Voyageurs so it's in a very goo location. The tram station is also nearby if you want to go to other places in the city. The hotel is clean and so is the room. The room is spacious. The bathroom has all the amenities. And there's a walk in closet area. There were many choices for breakfast such as bread, fresh fruits and vegetables, juice, coffee, and tea.

MalaysiaThe sensor lights on the way to your room is so late to detect you. So when you walk out the lift, its so dark.
The hotel is very near to the Casa Voyeguers train station. Walk around 5-7mins with heavy luggages. If you're from the airport and intend to go to other cities like Tangier & Fez, you can stay at this hotel and take the morning train like High Speed Train Al Buraq. Its very near to the tram station too. If you want to visit Hassan II mosque, you can take tram in front of this hotel and stop at UN Square station. Then you have to walk or take bus from there. If you wants to buy souvenirs, you can go to Bab Marrakesh (tram stop at UN square) The breakfast esp the omellete taste very good.

AustraliaSome of the staff didn't seem that interested in assisting us.
Room was a good size and included fridge and chair for sitting. Bathroom included a bath. Location was very convenient to a variety of local restaurants, the railway station and the tram which would take you to the Medina. Breakfast provided a reasonable selection. Restaurant was available at night if you just wanted to eat in and provided nice meals with a reasonable range. Some of the staff were very helpful, assisting us with managing some issues that we had to follow up. For the price, we thought this was a good value hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located for access to Casa Voyageurs train station and to the tram network. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Staff are very helpful, they were happy to accommodate a vegan evening meal on my request.

AustraliaGot in very late - hadn’t eaten for 16 hours, I couldn’t even get a glass of water! Finally the night attendant offered me a bottle of water to take to my room, and charged me 5 times the price I could buy it at the supermarket next door which opened in the morning! I think a bottle of water for a weary traveler should just be a given!
