The location was fantastic, quiet but very close to all the major attractions. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, booking trips, taxis etc.

The downstairs bedrooms don’t have outside windows (understandable) which means the rooms can get stuffy. The shower plug didn’t drain water away quick enough so the shower tray filled up a bit. These were not enough to get upset about as everything else was just lovely.

Really comfortable and relaxing Riad. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Very close to souks and main square. Staff were lovely especially the night manager

The Riad is beautiful and in a great location for checking out the old medina. The staff were over and beyond helpful arranging airport taxis for the next day and helping print boarding passes. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious! The Riad was quieter than other Riads we had stayed in and had a lovely chilled vibe. The roof top was perfect for some chill time either in or out of the sun and the breakfast provided was great. Thank you.

It’s on a great spot. Easy access to the square and great shopping area. The beautiful Color used for the build and decor was amazing, providing an authentic feel to it. Hot water was a plus great breakfast and very accommodating staff members especially grateful to Hamza, for his warm welcome.

The rooftop a bit too rugged. It looked like not being maintained in a while. Every noise can be heard in the room. If you are a light sleeper a riad might bot be the choice for you.

The water temperature was a little cold sometimes.

It was beautiful, a really authentic Moroccan experience with amazing hospitality and breakfast. The hammam spa was amazing.

The wifi was patchy in our room but this didn’t bother us too much

The Riad is absolutely beautiful. The bed was soooo comfortable! We stayed in room 4 which was comfortable. We could not get ourselves out of the shower once in as the pressure was so good. Staff very friendly, happy to talk and help with anything. Breakfast was perfect and we looked forward to it each morning. Location is fabulous as it is on a quiet street but a 30 second walk away from bustling souks - amazing! Other reviews have said the street the Riad is located on is sketchy but this wasn’t our experience. We felt safe.

We loved our stay at this Riad in the heart of the Medina. Walking distance to the market and attractions made it convenient. The breakfast at rooftop was amazing .The cold weather kept us from using the pool. Special mention to Hamza, an outstanding and down-to-earth staff member. He went above and beyond, helping us with printing boarding passes due to Marrakesh airport's digital pass restrictions. Our time in Marrakesh was made special by the great ambiance and hospitality.

Beautiful Riad at a perfect location in regards of the Medina. It is a little oasis in the middle of chaos. It is clean. The rooms are great. The pool nice. The rooftop perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The personal are so sweet and helpful!!!!

Amazing hospitality by Imad and the staff @ Riad El Walaa. Professional, friendly & helpful - they truly made the trip memorable. Enjoyed the spa, delicious meals & truly made the most of the rooftop. Thanks Imad for securing a hot air balloon ride for new years morning and assisting with taxis and general tips. Highly recommend this lovely establishment. The superior room bed was extremely comfortable and overall the experience was exceptional.

The overnight staff were amazing, they helped us with everything and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The location was very central but also quiet and the private excursion we booked through the hotel went perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

The location was very convenient - just a short walk from the main square and markets, making it easy to get around. The other way from the markets was also a short walk to Bahia Palace, which allowed us to get around and see everything we wanted quite easily. The staff was also very friendly and helpful in helping us plan our sightseeing and organising external trips like going to Agafay Desert. Very friendly and always willing to help! The rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was really nice.

Oh the cat😂😂😂 …took over my breakfast at the rooftop BUT they immediately replaced it with a full spread of fresh breakfast.

I got the best room with the pool view and the staff were all very pleasant and nice.
