We’ve been coming to this hotel for last five years but last two stays has improved alot ! Using upgrade for reasonable price and multi culture workers,good quality food and good room service.

The hot water kettle was faulty. The bathroom wash basin had partly collapsed and was on a slight incline, but it was still useable.

The room was a little outdated. All the surfaces were formica. The bed needed new pillows.

Exceptionally clean and was pleased about the mini fridge being cold. The AC worked great. The room was large with a new TV. Great price for the room that included a free airport shuttle.

Free airport shuttle every 30min the hotel is split into 2 hotels. Many Air Maroc transit passengers are booked here. I booked it by myself and received a call after 30min to tell me I was upgraded to the other hotel next to it. Thanks Hassna Staff are well behaved, check-in was quick, room clean, good wifi and food watee pressure. Bed mattress is hard which is good for a quick 6h sleep before my 2nd flight.

The room was a little too hot (we were travelling in winter so the central heating was on) but the fact that we could open our windows made that immaterial.

It’s one of the best airport hotels I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. The staff was exceptional, always smiling even when they were fasting for Ramadan, and made our one night stay extremely comfortable.

Some improvement in the training staff at the front desk would be nice. I meant at check out time ,check in was really smooth and staff were very nice.

We stayed there for one night since we had an early morning flight to catch. Rooms were nice and comfortable,dinner was really good. Breakfast were traditional and the server named Youseff made us feel welcome and took care of everything. Besides this front desk guy at check out needs to be a bit more attentive. Driver who dropped us at the airport was rude with people who didn't pay him the Tip, he was literally shouting at them in French.

The room needs refreshment: socket near the bad didn't work, some furniture is rather old. The price for the room with such issues is a bit high

Could use a little scrubbing around the edges of the tub and grab hadles to get out of the tub/shower.

Everything was Ok, just one important thing about shuttle, I took a long time to collect my luggage, so I had to wait an extra half hour for the shuttle at 2am, when it would be preferable to have the hotel guests' timetable so that the shuttle could collect them in time, given the tiredness of the journey. I want to thank the restaurant staff, the fact that I arrived late at night, I woke up late in the morning, we went down for breakfast but at its end, the staff was about to pick up the buffet, except that the kindness of the chef and staff: Amine, Youssef and Achraf ; allowed us to enjoy the delicious buffet consisting of a variety of Moroccan dishes very refined and well presented.

All good, no complains

I can't really say much about the Relax Hotel because I was upgraded, so the room was very nice, comfortable bed and all in best order. The free airport shuttle is very convenient and recommendable, too.

Could use some upgrades in the rooms. The relax hotel at casa voyageurs has a rain shower where the one at the airport is standard. The price of a room is much higher at the airport due to convenience and shuttle service whereas the casa voyageurs location is much lower in price as it’s in the city center.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. We checked in at 1:00am and the overnight staff provided excellent customer service. The rooms are a little outdated for the price. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great for taking a shower. They provide a shuttle to the airport which comes by every half hour, 24 hours non stop. The check out was quick and helpful. Overall a great experience. I recommend this hotel.
