Great atmosphere, super calm and welcoming. The staff was very caring and helpful to me. The balcony of the room, with a view on mount Toubkal and the village of Imlil is breathtaking.

There is a mosque right next to the house and it can be very loud but it is ok !!

WiFi was a bit patchy and sometimes went off completely

Driss was a lovely host who was really helpful, I even got tea on the terrace when I arrived 😁. It has a lovely view of Imlil. They also organize walking tours for you to explore the mountains. After the earthquake they haven't had many visitors, but now everything is perfectly fine, and the hotel is open as normal. One thing to note, if you don't have a car, from the village Imlil it's a bit of a distance (40mins walk up hill) , and there aren't any supplies in the hotel, so if you like to spend time chilling there you need you own snacks for lunch during the day. Lovely breakfast was provided though, and they can do Tagine dinner for Dh100. Totally recommend and I hope to go back there

Everything is perfect in this Riad! The views are just stunning, beautiful rooms with authentic artisan art from the mountain area, great Tajin prepared by Deiss and his family, super cosy common area ....and on the top of that Driss is the best mountain guide ever 🙏 We have enjoyed it soo much ... Nature, amazing views, clean air, peace and quiet of the area! Highly recommended, see you soon dear Driss 💕🙏🏼👋

a little far from the town by walk

the property is great, and driss is fantastic. he will organise the hikes for you based on your level of fitness, as well as lunch and dinners if you need (which are also great). you can walk to the town.

As a base for a few days in the mountains you can’t fault it.

The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Driss organised our transport to and from the chateau and was in regular contact with us prior to our stay. Hassan looked after us with very generous breakfasts and evening meals and Ibrahim was an excellent trekking guide leading us safely to places we didn’t think were possible.

A great location with wonderful panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains, especially from the roof terrace. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the food, breakfast and the optional dinner are very good.

Driss is a friendly and attentive host who can help with anything, like organizing your entire trip to Toubkal. The view from the rooftop terrace over the village Imlil and the mountains is stunning. The food was good, especially the breakfast included a nice variety from olives and omelette to tasty honey and almond butter. We enjoyed the homely atmosphere and connecting with other guests. The room was clean and decent for the price. All together we loved our stay and enjoyed the charming village and surroundings of Imlil. We'd definitely recommend planning in several days as there is a lot to explore and beautiful places to chill.

If you are very sensitive to noise, the rooms are not too well noise isolated, but didn’t bother us.

Beautiful riad, friendly and very helpful staff, and very good food - both breakfast and dinner. Best veggie tagine of our stay! Also, very nice shower - it was hot and had good power.

It's a great place to stay in Imlil. The house is located a few hundred meters away and sits about 50-100 meters above the actual village. The result is a fantastic view over Imlil straight towards Mt. Toubkal (from both the rooftop terrace and the balcony of the rooms). The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They will gladly organize a trekking tour to Toubkal for you. Dinner was delicious (best cous-cous I had in Marocco within my 10 days trip) and just enormous (we were three people and even couldn't finish half of it). Overall, I can absolutely recommend the place. Would love to come back and will definitely recommend it to others who are interested in exploring Morocco!

Really beautiful location outside the center of imlil with the most beautiful views. Imlil center is a 20 minute walk as well Driss is the host and he is also a tour guide so you could speak with him about taking you on any type of hike including mount toubkal. The stay was lovely with great hosts. Nice rooms and good food. The mint tea was our favourite! We did a hike with Driss and got to see all the villages and waterfalls around imlil.

The bed was way too hard for me, but that's the preference. I'd also recommend bringing your bedding if you are picky. This is a no frills, backpacker type of place.

Beautiful view from the terrace, caring friendly mountain guides hosts, authentic Berber village experience away from the touristy Imlil, generous homemade dinners you can order, a lot of trails, little balcony with view, the cute little lambs. Happy we chose to stay here
