The Spa was under restoration and while that to Salima we could actually have access to the Jim this was a limitation

The Hotel has a superb location with a stunning view of the "white city and and amazing sunset. We werre there on Ramadan time so some of the services were limited, but the staff and especially Salima Loubna were super helpful. Salima went out f her way to make the stay conformable and should be an example case of how customer care should be run.

Ramadan is not a good time to visit this hotel. The entire hotel is under construction for the month and the pools, spa and gym are closed without any warning when booking. The staff managed to open some of the facilities for us upon request, but obviously could not do anything about the loud construction work taking place throughout the spa complex. We were woken early several times by the construction noise and there was no truly quiet place in the hotel until the work stopped for the day. There is no nearby beach and the hotel is far from town, so it is quite important to have a car if you want to go anywhere. There is a free shuttle service which is great, but it has limited range and availability.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Salima in particular did a great job at front of house. Lamiae was wonderful in housekeeping - a real ray of sunshine each day and very hard working. We were also well looked after by Omar, Saldi, Hassan, Azzadine, Bilal, and Ababou. The atrium is impressive and the whole hotel has fantastic views of the coast. Our room was very comfortable (we kindly received an upgrade) and had a good bed. The Ramadan buffet is excellent.

Very nice location, but plan to have a driver or a car. Nice and friendly staff, at the reception, at the breakfast buffet. Fouzia, the housekeeper was very helpful.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Housekeeping were very attentive providing exceptional service. Complimentary shuttle to town and back. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. Great breakfast with plenty of variety.

Not really comfortable especially for my 80 years old mum and my 2 year old child (who still uses stroller), since we had to take a lot of stairs to reach the room and then to the reception, given that the bungalow was in a different place from the main hotel building. I asked to be accomodated in another room inside the main building, but they said that all rooms were fully booked. The lunch of the first day of Eid was not really good, no variety and very expensive, we had to pay 45 usd for each person.

Breakfast was good and there was a vast variety of food. The room (which was a bungalow ) was spacious and offered lovely sea and pool view . Reception was responsive when I asked for a kettle and some tea bags. There are several pools, which are clean and the staff over there are very helpful and responsive.

I had a great experience with Hotel Farah, this was my seconde booking in less than 2 months, The rooms were clean, Spacious and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Loubna, she was so kind and helpfull, She changed the room for us to get a better view, if i come back again, it will be because of her ☺️
