Our breakfast experience left much to be desired. The food did not meet our expectations, and the service at breakfast was particularly disappointing. One employee was noticeably rude; he ignored my wife’s request for a cooked meal and complained loudly about being understaffed, even though his colleague repeatedly encouraged him to attend to her. It was frustrating to witness such a lack of professionalism.

I had a wonderful experience at Kenzi Tower Hotel in Casablanca. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the Hassan II Mosque. The staff were exceptionally courteous and the valet service was very convenient. The spa is a bit dated but functional. Located in the heart of Maarif, the hotel is perfectly positioned for shopping and dining. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay!

Food is not high quality compared at 5 star hotel and also important problem is elevator too much time to await for elevator even in not rush time . For the rest all is ok

The electricity plugs doesn’t work unless the lights are on. I had to sleep with the lights on to charge my phone and laptop

It’s a little dated and the room and bathroom showed some wear and tear. The bathroom drains were very slow. I loved the bar area in the lobby.

Excellent location for exploring the city centre and the tower provides great views of the city and sea.

There is a nice big office desk to work at but there have not been any electrical power sockets nearby this desk to plug in electronic devices. Not really a big deal, but this should be improved.

Central location directly within Casablanca City. Ideal for business trips or to explore the city. The hotel is comfortable and clean, the hotel staff was always friendly and helpful.

Would have preferred the room with the mosque/sea view rather than city. Way nicer but not sure if they have suites on that side. Major flaw is the lack of electrical / phone sockets in the rooms.

One of our rooms had a weird smell, a bit musty, and windows could not be opened, one of the main reasons for staying here was the view of the mosque, one of the rooms had no view at all and the other you could barley see the top.

The staff was absolutely lovely, polite helpful and accommodating, and this is a very nice looking hotel. We arrived very later as one of our flight was delayed severely the staff was very good in helping us out.

The sky28 lounge was closed for renovations. This information was not mentioned in the site or by the hotel , which is very disappointing. There was complete cut of water for 6 hrs , guests were informed, however this should not happened. Slow service!! Old furniture and spotted carpet. Some interns in room service should be taught to not get so closed to guests . There was no DND sign available.

My only disappointment is the lack of variety for in-room dinning and the breakfast, being not a beef and pork eater, choices are quite limited.

The Hotel is well situated with cosy spacious rooms, good room service, walking distance from restaurants, shops and offices. The staff is very kind and helpful. The roof top bar has a spectacular view, one should definitely visit.
