Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The personal was nice and very caring. The hotel swimming pool was under maintenance that was unfortunate I saw a lot of dirt at the public facilities they have. The rooms are very clean every day coffee wasn’t available at my own time due to Ramadan just passing water wasn’t there at all the cafe was just opening and they didn’t have Coca Cola. Hotel menzah dalia wasnt like it was before they need to work on that so we can enjoy it like it was before it needs more life en entertainment. Al met al it was comfortable and pleasant.

Calm place and a nice breakfast also the pool and the garden are well maintained.
The property could be better if the furniture is upgraded. And no ashtrays in the hallways. Thanks.

What can be really upgraded is the breakfast (as a 4 Stars Hotel) which is very uninteresting and redundant with cold eggs and processed polony and no fruit, everyday. Secondly, i booked 3 rooms and only 1 room the aircon was working (it is hot-summer time). I informed them twice, did nothing. Thirdly, the long passage has a carpet that is never vacuumed. Fourthly, receptionist could not speak English and when i asked for my invoice and i never received it even at checkout time when i gave in my keys of the rooms. Lastly, the pool closes at 7pm and the sun sets only at 8h30 pm.
I liked the balcony facing the pool area. The location of the hotel was good for me as it was the closest to Aqualand Meknes. The pool is also good. Lastly, house keeping is efficient.

The evening meal in the restaurant was terrible. Really terrible. We didn't even get water without additional charge. The outside space felt a little neglected.
Great sized room with a bath, which is a massive plus point for me. Good location, easy to find with good parking.

I found a old shoes in my room someone forgot it there so do you think they do the corona sanitizer for rooms? I think they are not checking properly

My room had an en suite bath but no bath plug. No plug for the sink either. The minibar / fridge was empty and didn't work. No kettle, no room service, no laundry service. No remote for the TV. No dinner as the restaurant was closed after breakfast - even though dinner was included in the price.
The building and gardens are attractive, clean and well maintained.

Staff were unprofessional. Hotel carnets were dirty. Bulbs in hallway not working. We took 2 rooms. AC was very poor in both rooms. Maintenance in this hotel is VERY POOR. THERE WAS ALSO A MARRIAGE. IT WAS VERY NOISY. WE COULD NOT SLEEP

The hotel is excellent. But, located outside the city. So, having a car is a must. If not you can always hire a Cab.
The swimming pool was awesome. And breakfast was very good.

Where do I begin.. we were greeted by an unhelpful receptionist, taking into consideration that my wife and I had just gotten married and arrived at the hotel quite late. The process was only resolved because of Mr Zian who assisted. Secondly, the room was not up to par. All of the water was nasty (yellow), the AC wasn't working, there 2 dirty towels that hadn't been washed and no slippers, robes or even drinkable water available for the night. Thridly, breakfast was a horror movie. The tables were left unclean from previous diners, there wasn't sufficient food and dishes. Cutlery was stained from "being washed in vinegar". Lastly, the receptionist for the next morning wasn't accommodating and was non receptive. To be honest, pretty disappointing especially on our wedding night and the fact that during my previous stay, I had quite a pleasant experience.
The view of the room was pretty nice and Mr Zian decorated the room well on request and we really appreciated that

The comfort of the beds were very average so I'd say that this'd be a plus
