Only one restaurant and bring away from the Medina makes it hard to try different types of food.

The property is beautiful. Done very tastefully. The rooms are a bit small but they are very nicely furnished.

We chose the hotel for the pool , to relax in the afternoon . They said there was sun all day (until 5.30) , but it was not the case. We could sit at another terrace, and still got plenty of sun. The service around lunch and getting drinks was not very good: things were not available, we could not sit at the terrace. I would expect differently from a 5* hotel. Also, booking directly with them (live at the hotel) was more expensive then through booking.com. I thought they would be pleased, but the receptionist was not flexibel. So I booked online whilst being in the reception..a bit odd. But all in all it is a great place to stay whilst in Fez

Great location just outside the Medina. Nice restaurant on the top floor and really good breakfast on the terrace! Room (suite) was very nice, super comfy bed and nicely decorated. The pool is a great place to relax, although the water now was too cold.

The standout were the staff and at every level they were friendly and most accommodating. The concierge Brahim was a delight and kindly upgraded us to a suite. The hotel was spotless and grand, food excellent. The location is 5 mins by taxi to souk. Locals pay 20 dirham and tourists double. Quiet and spacious. excellent!

    Nothing major to highlight

    1. Location was very good near from the old city and it’s mall 2. It was a big palace that was modified professionally to be use as hotel 3. The hotel finishing such the walls , ground , and decoration cannot be found in any hotel in fes 4. Free parking with a security protection . Nobody can enter unless he is staying inside 5. The team of the reception individuals were so nice ( سفيان ، اشرف ، ابراهيم ، فاطمه الزهراء ) , always they welcoming the hotel guests , in addition they offer they help for any need arise. I shall not forget the upgrade that I got from the hotel management .

    Nothing, we were so happy

The feel of this hotel is quite special, it really was an old palace in Fez. They have furnished it with period pieces and they have so many little rooms and areas to enjoy. The restaurant is very worth the visit as is the bar.

There were tiny ants in the bathtub area and in the living room in the wrapped food. Housekeeping vacuumed them up, but they insisted on returning.

The whole palais is beautiful. Our room had two levels with a "living room" on the first level and bedroom and bath on the second level. The swimming pool area is very nice for sunning and dipping. The restaurant has a great view and rooftop dining. The breakfasts are huge with lots of goodies and eggs to order. The food is excellent. The very nice staff did an excellent job of getting us to our excursions and restaurants.

The staff at the reception tried to be nice but they are very young and maybe inexperienced and missed a couple of occasions where they could display more attention. The spa might improve the general service, trying to be more professional and precise.

Perfect location to visit the Medina and amazing view. Beautiful palace and architecture in a lovely Moorish style. Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was scrumptious.

We did not find a single thing that was not up to or above our expectations.

I am almost at a loss for words to describe how much we enjoyed this hotel. It’s location, on the edge of the Medina is perfect for exploring this fascinating city but it can still be accessed by cars and touring vans. The property itself is gorgeous with several beautifully decorated courtyards, a stunning pool complex and amazing rooftop bars and restaurants. The bar even has a two for one happy hour on weekdays from 17:00 - 18:45. The food was delicious and reasonably priced and the service impeccable. The primary language used by the staff is French but all the staff were fluent in English. The service and view from the rooftop outdoor restaurant was perfect. Our standard room was small but it was decorated like a jeweled box. Moroccan tile on the floors and walls, ornate arched doorways, carved plaster accents, gorgeous wood cabinetry, a sumptuous bathroom and incredibly crisp bedding. The affable hotel manager was ubiquitous ensuring that all was in order and that guests were having a great experience. This was, by far, the best of the luxury hotels we visited in Morocco and honestly, it compared favorably to our favorite hotel ever, Ashford Castle in Ireland.
