Familiar accommodation in a top location in the medina. Habib was always helpful and an uncomplicated host. This accommodation is definitely a recommendation for a longer stay in marrakesch

Bit far from the city centre but nothing to worry about.

The Host, Habib, went above and beyond with any requests and arrangements. Breakfast was delicious and made to order when you wake up. Trips booked at short notice with the host were good. Transfer to & from the airport provided at an affordable price and outstanding service.

It has been truly exceptional. The Riad is beautiful, it is super super clean and it made our last night in Morocco a true wonder. The staff is charming, the girls are very friendly and the Manager has helped us with everything, even ordering us dinner with his phone and making it easy for us to get a taxi. Excellent staff, they are all helpful and friendly. It is located in lively neighbourhood so that we enjoyed local atmosphere, but inside of the riad is really quiet and peaceful, which is well-balanced. Souk and Jemaa el-Fnaa are walking distance (15-20 minutes). I stayed Bahia room and especially love its bathroom with glass ceiling (and hot shower!). Thank you for your help Habib and lovely ladies!

No curtains or privacy to shower place in some rooms and no muslim shower in toilet.

Staff is excellent. Habib remains in contact and always friendly and approachable. Zainab, Fatima and Abdul were all ready to help. Riad location is good and walkable to Madina and Jemaa el-fna. Breakfast was sumptuous and good.

The traditional style Riad was comfortable and homely. The staff made the stay even more enjoyable as they put us at ease on arrival, made delicious breakfast and mint tea and gave us great advice on what to do whilst visiting Marrakesh. I would definitely stay here again.

It would be hard to find the first time but the family there will help you to find the place. Just make sure to tell them and they sent some one to meet me.

It was in the Medina but close enough to an exit near Bab Aylan that travel outside of older city was easy. Maybe 5-10 minute walk to outside wall. It was very quiet and comfortable. Very family like atmosphere.

Riad Davia is an oasis of calm in Marrakech. Habib and Zineb will make you feel incredibly welcome. I first visited the riad in 2018 and have just returned in 2024 and it felt like coming back to visit family! Great breakfast and a lovely place to stay. Thank you again for making us feel welcome.

I recently stayed at Riad Davia and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the riad was truly excellent. Habib, our host, was particularly outstanding in his hospitality and attentiveness. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing helpful tips and recommendations. The rooms were also excellent, offering a comfortable and clean environment. I highly recommend Riad Davia for its exceptional staff, great host, and wonderful accommodations.

Habib (owner) is very Nice always there for you (if you need recommendations, transport,etc) even gave us an upgrade. Riad very clean, authentic, peaceful and close to thé center. Breakfast was very good and changed every day. The staff in the Riad are very friendly and we felt very safe even though we were 2 girls. If you go to Marrakesh, this is a must book

Beautiful place, easy to find, rooms are relaxing, it's very quite and charming. BUT the best part of this hotel is the owner Habib, an absolute amazing, charismatic and most important - very, very helpful in ALL your needs. When I had to check-out, or find a better transportation method, or a small guide, information or just a casual talk in a great company, Habib was always there. He also took care of my trip which was 5 hours ride to a different location. I had moments of being lost or unsure on which route, driver, transport to take, Habib was always on call and ready to help and adapt to my situation, up until I reached destination. There's about 1 out of 1000 chances a hotel owner will take care about you or your group after you checked out like he did with me, so it was truly amazing and grateful experience. Visit this place, meet the owner and staff, you will not regret it.
