The entire staff was amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty in every single aspect of their hospitality. Abdelhak, Nourdidne & Youssef (front desk), Fatima (kitchen), and Khadija & Zoubida (Housekeeping) were amazing, superb and exceptional. They made us feel home away from home, like we were part of a family, not just guests.

It was different and atmospheric but somebody may miss a TV, the third towel or heated floors in the bathroom.

Breakfast was very different from usual buffet tabes in big hotels- it was a nice experience like having breakfast at a good friend’s place ! It was awfully sweet for our European taste but hearty, different and served with great care and attention! The service in general was really great - guys at the front desk made us feel safe and well taken care of . As for the cleaning ladies - they were extremely caring and personal in their attitude with touching demonstration of attention to details . Fancy folding of towels may not be so unique but nicely folding up your laundry or bringing a dish with cutlery when they saw fruit in our room was really touching . And the personnel was literally invisible! Saying good buy to the hotel was heartbreaking.

Everything was so perfect at Riad Belle Epoque ! From breakfast, to hospitality by the staff, to comfortable beds, everything exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend it.

due to the nature of the building, the rooms are not well insulated from outside noise, so be sure to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, in case you have noisy neighbours! be sure to let them know often if you have any allergies and give them written notice so that they can prepare food accordingly

great location and very comfortable and easy to feel at home with the beautiful and traditional look and feel. all the staff made us feel very welcome and were always happy to help or answer any questions. the food was delicious and and bought/made to order, so it was always freshly prepared. overall we are very happy with our stay and would recommend!

It was all AMAZING! The staff, especially Abulhak went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at ease. The breakfast was great, the fresh mint tea was delicious and the whole riad was beautiful yet super peaceful! A definition of an oasis within a beautiful chaos outside.

I loved the coffee at breakfast (Nos nos) and the traditional “on the sweet side” breakfasts typical of the culture, but would have also liked some salty options (eggs..)

The Belle Epoque is beautiful and comfortable hotelito and in pristine condition. Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean, super comfy…Best hot, powerful shower ever! Location excellent for staying just outside the souks area or easily being able to enter them. The staff was friendly, helpful, multilingual.. and on top of things 24/7. We felt like family..the roof top garden was great for relaxing in after walking miles each day…

No sound proof at all. 2:3am cellphone rings for many times from one of the other guest staying and feels like he was speaking right in your room. I didn't get good sleep this night because of that and tired all day today.

Friendly and helpful staff! Excellent location at the heart of Old Madina but such a quiet oasis to come "home" to! I love my room #5 ~ exquisite!

We loved the facility and the staff. Nourddine in particular went above and beyond in so many ways. He is so friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. He is the exact type of person you want working at your Riad! He made the stay even better! Also want to mention how helpful and wonderful Youssef was!!! Best staff ever!
