Breakfast doesn't start until 8:00 AM, which is inconvenient if you have a tour which starts early in the morning - this was our case, so we had to eat in a rush. Our room was rather small (anyway we just really slept in there). Private bathroom is not in the room but just outside. The price of the private airport transfer was way cheaper on Booking than the one asked by the riad.

Location is great, in the heart of the Medina, but still in a quiet little street. Wi-Fi worked well. The riad is very nice with a lovely terrace and nice atmosphere. Staff is kind and helpful. Communcation with the owner was good via WhatsApp. Breakfast (served) was great.

Better directions. Gave the address to taxi driver but he still had to call the property to get directions. You have to walk about a block to the property as there is no access for vehicles. When taxi driver dropped us off, some tout brought a luggage cart and offered to cart the luggage to the property for us. He sounded as he was from the property so we accepted his help. Then he demanded 10 Euros. First bad experience in Marrakesh. Warning: Whoever offers help with luggage is not from the property.

Excellent Riad in the heart of the amazing Medina. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was amazing and we felt very welcomed. We will surely return soon to enjoy beautiful Marrakech.

The water drain equipment in the bathroom needs to be updated. If you take a hot shower, the shower handle will burn your hands.

It’s a beautiful little riad in the heart of the Madina in Marrakesh old town. Service was superb. Imane was a hostess par excellence and so were all the staff in the riad. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful. Any issues were promptly attended to. Full support was provided in terms of tips for sight-seeing, taxis etc.

Most beautifull Riad with very confortable and well decorated rooms. Nice small Pool and several areas where you can just seat, relax and enjoy the calm. Amazing breakfast served on the Terrasse. The quality of the Service is above the standard.

I can't think of anything that I would change. I am very picky and would definitely say.

The staff were amazing, especially Imane. I cannot thank them enough. When I became ill (no fault of theirs, I had a migraine) as we needed to leave, they made sure that I was comfortable until our flight. They contacted us ahead of our stay. The breakfast was lovely, and the Riad and room were very pretty, peaceful, comfortable and clean. We have already recommended it to family for a stay.

The breakfast very good and plentiful, different every day. Great kindness and attention of the staff, they even made me a surprise for my birthday. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere and very convenient for getting around the centre. We did the cooking class, it was very nice. On Christmas Eve the staff organised a special dinner with musical accompaniment, which was wonderful.

I have no complains during my stay.

The whole Riad was pretty nice (room, terrace, and living room). The host and the people working there were very kind and helpful. The breakfast in the terrace was great and complete. The location was perfect, close to the city center but in a calmer place.
