Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing at all - it was perfect! Will definitely come back.
Definitely had the Wow Factor of all of our stays in Morocco - the Riad felt very luxurious and was stunning to look at! Loved the heated pool and would like to try the spa facilities next time when we have more time to enjoy them (we only stayed here one night). The staff were so helpful and made us feel really comfortable.

RomaniaThe building and the details make you feel in the real Morocco, the staff and especially Malek were very friendly and welcoming. The position is very good, you can't get to the riad by car, but there are guys with a cart who carry the luggage. The hammam is lovely and at a good price compared to what else is in the area.

FranceWe found the beds to be a touch too firm, but that's just our personal opinion.
The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, constantly there to answer questions and providing attentive care. With the large and well-equipped rooms and bathrooms, you will have everything you need. The buffet breakfast was decent but not spectacular. The location is wonderful! Everything in the Medina is accessible by foot, and Jemaa El Fna is only a 3-minute walk away while the hotel is located on a very calm street.

BelgiumThe rooms weren't very soundproof, I heard other guests running up and down the stairs when I tried to sleep. Due to the cold a fire was burning downstaira, but ventilation wasn't great, my room and clothes also smelled of smoke.
The location was great, situated in the middle of the city, yet the hotel felt like a quite oasis. The staff were super friendly, great breakfast and nice experience to stay in riad. The hotel was beautiful although sometimes a bit oldfashioned.

DenmarkIt was a beautiful Riad, very close to all the shops and the big market place. The staff is excellent and very helpful. I got extremely sick during my stay, and they were caring and helpful, and even helped me with my luggage when leaving, as I had become very weak and dehydrated, and gave me a herbal tea.

GermanyA little disappointed with the staff. Room service wasn't readily available, or often delayed. And the breakfast could have been better. Just a buffet with cold pancakes etc. That you reheat yourself. I've had much nicer breakfasts in riads that where less expensive.
Beautiful Riad and the location was unbeatable. So close to the main square, souks, etc. The room was beautiful and thoroughly cleaned every day.

United KingdomCan't fault it. Exactly what I needed and expected
The hotel is beautiful and tranquil. In the heart of the Medina but once inside, the noise disappears. The room was very comfortable and it was lovely to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sunshine. Only a couple of minutes walk to the main square so ideally located for all main tourist sites. Would highly recommend staying here as the staff were very friendly and helpful. I am a female solo traveller and felt very safe here

United KingdomBreakfast was okay but some things were a bit cold. Nice variety and selection.
Staff are very helpful and welcoming. My mother was disabled and struggled with stairs and they accommodated a room on the ground floor for her. Room is beautiful. Towels and robes were lovely. Tea on arrival was lovely. Wifi works well. The hotel itself is exactly like the pictures...very beautiful. Location is great..right next to the main square where there is a variety of restaurants, entertainment and short walk to the Souk.
